【摘要】:隨著我國(guó)旅游業(yè)的發(fā)展,各地方政府對(duì)旅游業(yè)的高度重視,區(qū)域之間旅游業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日趨激烈。由于省級(jí)政府具有較大的行政管理與經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展決策權(quán),旅游業(yè)發(fā)展相關(guān)研究成果對(duì)省級(jí)決策者更具現(xiàn)實(shí)應(yīng)用價(jià)值。然而,省域旅游業(yè)的發(fā)展,不僅需要關(guān)注旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)當(dāng)前的發(fā)展情況,更要關(guān)注旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)潛在能力的積累。由此,探究省域旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展?jié)摿Φ膩?lái)源、構(gòu)成,特別是旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展?jié)摿θ绾畏e累并顯化為現(xiàn)實(shí)層面的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,就成為實(shí)踐操作層面上亟待解決和深化的問(wèn)題。 本文在綜合相關(guān)理論和現(xiàn)有文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,廓清了旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展?jié)摿ο嚓P(guān)概念;在系統(tǒng)論的指導(dǎo)下,通過(guò)分析旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展?jié)摿Φ臉?gòu)成,構(gòu)建了包括旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)要素驅(qū)動(dòng)力、旅游市場(chǎng)需求拉動(dòng)力和旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)環(huán)境支撐力三個(gè)層面的區(qū)域旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展?jié)摿PS分析模型,由此建立區(qū)域旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展?jié)摿y(cè)評(píng)模式。然后,利用2006-2011年相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù),運(yùn)用因子分析、聚類分析、回歸分析等數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)分析方法,對(duì)我國(guó)31個(gè)省級(jí)區(qū)域的旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展?jié)摿M(jìn)行綜合測(cè)評(píng)和深入分析,厘清影響旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展?jié)摿Φ闹饕蛩?概括我國(guó)旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展?jié)摿Φ姆植几窬?揭示各省區(qū)旅游業(yè)發(fā)展?jié)撃芎蜐撛趦?yōu)、劣勢(shì)。接著,基于上述理論分析和定量測(cè)評(píng)結(jié)果,結(jié)合產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力相關(guān)理論以及對(duì)旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展規(guī)律的探索,進(jìn)一步探究區(qū)域旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展?jié)摿︼@化成為競(jìng)爭(zhēng)實(shí)力的動(dòng)力系統(tǒng)及其作用機(jī)理,構(gòu)建區(qū)域旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展?jié)摿Φ娘@化機(jī)制。最后,以陜西為研究對(duì)象,在對(duì)其旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展?jié)摿M(jìn)行綜合比較分析的基礎(chǔ)上,以之前理論分析為指導(dǎo),研究制定提升、顯化陜西旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展?jié)摿Φ膶?duì)策。 本文的主要結(jié)論如下: 1.區(qū)域旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展?jié)摿PS分析模型由旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)要素驅(qū)動(dòng)力、旅游市場(chǎng)需求拉動(dòng)力和旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)環(huán)境支撐力三個(gè)層面構(gòu)成; 2.無(wú)論是旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展?jié)摿θ齻(gè)層面的分解力,還是綜合的旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展?jié)摿?大體都呈現(xiàn)自東部向中、西部由高到低的梯次分布態(tài)勢(shì); 3.影響省區(qū)旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展?jié)摿Φ闹饕蛩匕从绊懗潭扔纱蟮叫》謩e為:經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)支撐、旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)要素規(guī)模、旅游需求層次、旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)組織效率、服務(wù)環(huán)境、旅游需求規(guī)模、國(guó)內(nèi)旅游需求增長(zhǎng)力、入境旅游需求增長(zhǎng)力、旅游專業(yè)人才儲(chǔ)備、旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、文化環(huán)境和生態(tài)環(huán)境; 4.省區(qū)旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的提升源于其產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展?jié)摿Φ奶嵘c顯化。旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展?jié)摿︼@化的動(dòng)力系統(tǒng)由內(nèi)源動(dòng)力和外源動(dòng)力組成,系統(tǒng)的作用機(jī)理包括雙源動(dòng)力整合驅(qū)動(dòng)和三維動(dòng)力耦合驅(qū)動(dòng)兩種模式;基礎(chǔ)、環(huán)境和路徑三維度動(dòng)力及其整合與協(xié)作,構(gòu)成了旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展?jié)摿θ灰惑w的顯化機(jī)制; 5.陜西旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展?jié)摿μ幱谌珖?guó)中下游,在旅游需求層次、服務(wù)環(huán)境支撐和經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)支撐方面具有顯著優(yōu)勢(shì),在旅游需求規(guī)模和旅游需求增長(zhǎng)力方面具有模糊優(yōu)勢(shì),在旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)組織效率、旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、文化環(huán)境支撐和生態(tài)環(huán)境支撐等方面具有顯著劣勢(shì),而在旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)要素規(guī)模和專業(yè)人才儲(chǔ)備方面具有模糊劣勢(shì); 6.根據(jù)管理學(xué)中“8020”原理,產(chǎn)業(yè)組織效率、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、文化環(huán)境支撐、產(chǎn)業(yè)要素規(guī)模和專業(yè)人才儲(chǔ)備等為陜西旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展?jié)摿μ嵘c顯化的關(guān)鍵因素,進(jìn)行大旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集群建設(shè)是陜西旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展?jié)摿︼@化的必要策略。 本文的創(chuàng)新之點(diǎn)包括: 1.論文選題新穎,對(duì)中國(guó)省域,尤其是對(duì)陜西省的旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展?jié)摿M(jìn)行綜合測(cè)評(píng)分析,具有一定的新意; 2.研究方法多元交叉,運(yùn)用合理。本研究涉及管理學(xué)、經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、旅游學(xué)等學(xué)科理論,并涉及文化學(xué)、社會(huì)學(xué)、心理學(xué)等諸多領(lǐng)域,綜合運(yùn)用了多種研究方法,做到了理論探索與實(shí)踐剖析相結(jié)合; 3.論文在旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展?jié)摿y(cè)評(píng)及顯化理論方面進(jìn)行了一定的探索,構(gòu)建了區(qū)域旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展?jié)摿PS理論分析模型和三位一體的旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展?jié)摿︼@化機(jī)制模型。 本文研究成果豐富和發(fā)展了區(qū)域旅游學(xué)科基本理論,為我國(guó)和陜西省區(qū)域旅游發(fā)展?jié)摿Φ奶嵘c顯化提供了理論依據(jù)與方法論基礎(chǔ),為陜西旅游業(yè)發(fā)展模式和路徑選擇提供了理論支持,對(duì)我國(guó)區(qū)域旅游業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展也具有積極作用。
[Abstract]:With the development of the tourism industry in China , the local government attaches great importance to the tourism industry , and the competition between the regions is becoming more and more intense . As the provincial government has relatively large administrative and economic development decision - making power , the research results of tourism development are more practical to the provincial decision makers . Based on the theory of comprehensive correlation and the existing literature , the paper has cleared the concept of tourism industry development potential . Under the guidance of system theory , the development potential of regional tourism industry is analyzed by means of factor analysis , cluster analysis , regression analysis and so on . The main conclusions are as follows : 1 . The regional tourism industry development potential DPS model consists of three aspects : the driving force of tourism industry factors , the motive force of tourism market demand and the support force of tourism industry ; 2 . Whether the development potential of tourism industry is three levels of resolution , or the development potential of comprehensive tourism industry , it appears from the east to middle and west from high to low ladder distribution situation ; 3 . The main factors that affect the development potential of tourism industry in provinces are as follows : economic and social support , factor scale of tourism industry , tourism demand level , tourism industry organization efficiency , service environment , tourism demand scale , domestic tourism demand growth force , inbound tourism demand growth force , tourism professional talent reserve , tourism industrial structure , cultural environment and ecological environment ; 4 . The promotion of the competitiveness of tourism industry in the province is derived from the promotion and development of its industrial development potential . The dynamic system of the development potential of tourism industry is composed of endogenous power and exogenous power , and the mechanism of action of the system includes two modes : dual - source dynamic integration drive and three - dimensional power coupling drive ; 5 . The development potential of Shaanxi tourism industry is in the middle and lower part of the whole country . It has obvious advantages in tourism demand level , service environment support and economic and social support , and has obvious disadvantages in tourism demand scale and tourism demand growth force , and has obvious disadvantages in tourism industry organization efficiency , tourism industrial structure , cultural environment support and ecological environment support . 6 . According to the principle of " 8020 " in management science , industrial organization efficiency , industrial structure , cultural environment support , industrial factor scale and professional talent reserve are the key factors for the promotion and development of the development potential of tourism industry in Shaanxi Province . The innovations of this article include : 1 . The paper presents a novel method for the comprehensive evaluation and analysis of the potential of tourism industry in Shaanxi Province , especially in Shaanxi Province , and has some new meanings . 2 . The research methods are multi - disciplinary and rational . This research involves management science , economics , tourism science and so on , and involves many fields such as culture , sociology , psychology and so on . 3 . The paper makes a certain research on the development potential evaluation and visualization theory of tourism industry , and constructs the model of regional tourism industry development potential DPS theory analysis model and the three - in - one tourism industry development potential developing mechanism model . The research results enrich and develop the basic theory of regional tourism disciplines , provide theoretical basis and methodology foundation for the promotion and development of regional tourism development potential in China and Shaanxi Province , provide theoretical support for Shaanxi tourism development mode and path selection , and have a positive role in the sustainable development of regional tourism in China .
