【摘要】：城市公園是指由政府或公共團(tuán)體建設(shè)經(jīng)營，休閑娛樂設(shè)施齊全，能夠向城市居民及旅游者提供休閑、游覽、娛樂等內(nèi)容豐富綜合服務(wù)產(chǎn)品的規(guī)模較大的城市公共綠地，具有游樂、生態(tài)、文化、教育、防災(zāi)等多樣化功能，對(duì)城市旅游的發(fā)展、城市形象的提升具有重要意義。 城市綜合公園是城市公園的一個(gè)門類，是內(nèi)容豐富、配備相應(yīng)設(shè)施，適合于公眾開展各類戶外活動(dòng)的規(guī)模較大的綠地。城市綜合公園在生態(tài)平衡、休閑娛樂、文化教育等方面具有重要的作用，，對(duì)其旅游服務(wù)質(zhì)量的測評(píng)是提高服務(wù)水平的首要步驟、改革管理體制的現(xiàn)實(shí)要求、滿足游客需求的重要手段、改善城市形象的有效途徑。 本研究構(gòu)建了“城市綜合公園旅游服務(wù)質(zhì)量”評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系，體系包括“城市公園管理”、“城市公園基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施”、“城市公園服務(wù)”、“城市公園項(xiàng)目”、“城市公園氛圍”5個(gè)準(zhǔn)則層，每個(gè)維度由5個(gè)測量指標(biāo)構(gòu)成，即總目標(biāo)共細(xì)分成25個(gè)測量指標(biāo)。選取長沙市3個(gè)具有代表性的綜合公園展開實(shí)證研究，運(yùn)用層次分析法與模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)法，在相關(guān)統(tǒng)計(jì)軟件的輔助下對(duì)相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行研究分析。 研究結(jié)果顯示，長沙城市綜合公園旅游服務(wù)質(zhì)量的總體評(píng)價(jià)得分為67.2142，屬于“滿意”的范疇，“城市公園管理”、“城市公園基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施”、“城市公園氛圍”3個(gè)維度也獲得“滿意”評(píng)價(jià)，“城市公園服務(wù)”和“城市公園項(xiàng)目”服務(wù)質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果則為“一般”。在數(shù)據(jù)分析的基礎(chǔ)上，提出“豐富公園旅游項(xiàng)目”、“提升公園服務(wù)水平”、“改革公園管理體制”、“改善公園環(huán)境氛圍”、“完善公園基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施”5個(gè)方面的長沙城市綜合公園旅游服務(wù)質(zhì)量提升對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:Urban park refers to the construction and management by the government or public organizations, leisure and entertainment facilities are complete, can provide leisure to urban residents and tourists, sightseeing. Entertainment and other rich comprehensive service products of the larger scale of urban public green space, with recreation, ecology, culture, education, disaster prevention and other diverse functions, the development of urban tourism. The promotion of city image is of great significance. Urban comprehensive park is a kind of city park, which is rich in content, equipped with corresponding facilities, suitable for the public to carry out all kinds of outdoor activities on a larger scale. Urban comprehensive park in ecological balance, leisure and entertainment. Culture and education play an important role, the evaluation of its tourism service quality is the first step to improve the service level, reform the practical requirements of the management system, and meet the needs of tourists an important means. The effective way to improve the city image. The evaluation index system of "urban comprehensive park tourism service quality" includes "urban park management", "urban park infrastructure", "urban park service" and "urban park project". "Urban Park atmosphere" five criteria layer, each dimension is composed of 5 measurement indicators, that is, the total target is divided into 25 measurement indicators. Three representative comprehensive parks in Changsha City are selected to carry out empirical research. The analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are used to study and analyze the relevant data with the help of relevant statistical software. The results show that the overall evaluation score of tourism service quality of Changsha urban comprehensive park is 67.2142, which belongs to the category of "satisfactory", "urban park management" and "urban park infrastructure". The three dimensions of "urban park atmosphere" also obtained "satisfactory" evaluation, while "urban park service" and "urban park project" service quality evaluation results were "general", on the basis of data analysis. The countermeasures of improving the tourism service quality of Changsha City Comprehensive Park in five aspects of "perfecting Park Infrastructure".
