【摘要】：隨著我國(guó)城市居民收入水平的提高、生活和休閑觀念的改變,以及我國(guó)法定假日的調(diào)整,小城鎮(zhèn)旅游這類依托自身良好的生態(tài)環(huán)境,以反城市性的田園風(fēng)光和地方特色飲食習(xí)俗為旅游吸引物的旅游活動(dòng),已成為都市居民出游的重要選擇。處于發(fā)達(dá)城市帶之間的江島型小城鎮(zhèn),不僅擁有良好的環(huán)境優(yōu)勢(shì),更是因其獨(dú)特的地理位置、地形特點(diǎn)和風(fēng)俗民情逐漸被越來越多城市居民所鐘情。因此關(guān)于江島型小城鎮(zhèn)旅游開發(fā)研究也隨之提上日程。 世業(yè)洲建制為鎮(zhèn)江市丹徒區(qū)世業(yè)鎮(zhèn),位于江蘇省鎮(zhèn)江市西郊,是長(zhǎng)江中下游的江心洲之一,北與揚(yáng)州隔江相望,南與鎮(zhèn)江市區(qū)一江之隔。世業(yè)洲是典型的江島型小城鎮(zhèn),四面環(huán)江,不僅擁有優(yōu)越的自然環(huán)境,豐富的江島類旅游資源,而且區(qū)位條件也十分優(yōu)良,再加上近年來政府對(duì)其發(fā)展旅游業(yè)的鼓勵(lì)和支持,因此世業(yè)洲旅游業(yè)逐步崛起。但是,由于開發(fā)過程中存在缺乏理論指導(dǎo)、管理不規(guī)范等問題,導(dǎo)致世業(yè)洲旅游開發(fā)效度不高,資源浪費(fèi)嚴(yán)重。 研究世業(yè)洲小城鎮(zhèn)的旅游開發(fā),首先,從小城鎮(zhèn)旅游開發(fā)背景入手,在研究相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,主要運(yùn)用區(qū)域理論、環(huán)城游憩帶理論、利益相關(guān)者理論和可持續(xù)發(fā)展理論構(gòu)成開發(fā)的理論指導(dǎo)框架。其次,通過實(shí)地勘察,對(duì)世業(yè)洲基本概況、旅游資源概況進(jìn)行了解,對(duì)其旅游開發(fā)作了SWOT定性分析,并且利用TCM法定量估算世業(yè)洲旅游經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。再次,通過實(shí)地調(diào)研分析世業(yè)洲旅游開發(fā)的現(xiàn)狀,就世業(yè)洲旅游發(fā)展總體概況、客源市場(chǎng)和社區(qū)參與三個(gè)方面的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了分析評(píng)價(jià)。最后,綜合理論分析結(jié)果和實(shí)際調(diào)研結(jié)論,針對(duì)世業(yè)洲小城鎮(zhèn)旅游開發(fā)提出以下開發(fā)路徑和策略：1.分區(qū)開發(fā)。以保護(hù)環(huán)境為大前提,將世業(yè)洲旅游總體規(guī)劃中已經(jīng)劃定的十大功能區(qū),根據(jù)其環(huán)境敏感度高低分別納入“核心區(qū)、緩沖區(qū)、過渡區(qū)”進(jìn)行分區(qū)開發(fā)。2.分區(qū)設(shè)計(jì)旅游產(chǎn)品。根據(jù)各個(gè)分區(qū)的環(huán)境敏感程度,結(jié)合各區(qū)自身的資源特色,設(shè)計(jì)相應(yīng)的旅游產(chǎn)品。3.保障措施。為了保障和促進(jìn)世業(yè)洲小城鎮(zhèn)旅游開發(fā)的順利進(jìn)行和可持續(xù)發(fā)展提出七條保障措施。
[Abstract]:With the improvement of the income level of urban residents, the change of the concept of life and leisure, as well as the adjustment of the statutory holidays, the tourism of small towns depends on their own good ecological environment. The tourist activity, which takes the anti-urban idyllic scenery and the local characteristic diet custom as the tourist attraction, has become the important choice for the urban residents to travel, and is located between the developed cities and the small towns of the river island type. Not only has the good environment superiority, but also because of its unique geographical location. More and more urban residents are attracted to the topographic features and customs, so the study on tourism development of small towns of Jiangdao type has been put on the agenda. Shiyezhou system for Zhenjiang Dantu District Shiye Town, located in the western suburbs of Zhenjiang City, Jiangsu Province, is the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River one of the Jiangxinzhou, north and Yangzhou across the river. Shiyezhou is a typical small town of river island, surrounded by rivers on all sides. It not only has superior natural environment, rich tourist resources of river island, but also has excellent location conditions. In addition, in recent years, the government has encouraged and supported the development of tourism, so the tourism industry has gradually risen. However, due to the lack of theoretical guidance in the process of development, management is not standardized and so on. The result is that the validity of tourism development is not high, and the waste of resources is serious. First of all, starting from the background of tourism development of small towns, based on the study of relevant literature, the main use of regional theory, the theory of recreation zone around the city. Stakeholder theory and sustainable development theory constitute the theoretical framework of development. Secondly, through the field survey, the basic situation of Shiyezhou and tourism resources are understood. SWOT qualitative analysis of its tourism development, and the use of TCM legal estimates of tourism economic benefits. Thirdly, through field research and analysis of the current situation of tourism development in Shiyezhou. This paper analyzes and evaluates the general situation of tourism development in Shiyezhou, tourist market and community participation in three aspects. Finally, comprehensive theoretical analysis results and practical findings. In view of the tourism development of small towns in Shiyezhou, this paper puts forward the following development paths and strategies: 1.Subarea development. Taking the protection of the environment as the major premise, the ten functional areas that have been designated in the overall plan of tourism in Shiyezhou are put forward. According to its environmental sensitivity level into the "core zone, buffer zone, transition area" to carry out zonal development. 2. Design tourism products. According to the environmental sensitivity of each partition. According to the characteristics of each district's own resources, this paper designs the corresponding tourism products. 3. Safeguard measures. In order to ensure and promote the smooth development and sustainable development of small towns in Shiyezhou, seven safeguard measures are put forward.
