【摘要】：鄉(xiāng)村旅游是基于“鄉(xiāng)村”而發(fā)展起來(lái)的一種新興旅游方式,它依托農(nóng)村特有的旅游資源,以鄉(xiāng)村性為主要特質(zhì),并借助農(nóng)村的天然景觀、傳統(tǒng)建筑和民俗文化等人文客體作為旅游吸引物,摒棄傳統(tǒng)農(nóng)村休閑游注重“休閑”和傳統(tǒng)農(nóng)業(yè)體驗(yàn)游注重“體驗(yàn)”的弊端,充分拓展旅游的廣度和深度,倡導(dǎo)人與自然和諧統(tǒng)一為旅游目的而興起的旅游方式。 婁底位于湖南的幾何中心,是多元文化的交匯地,鄉(xiāng)村旅游資源十分突出,發(fā)展鄉(xiāng)村旅游在全省具有獨(dú)特的區(qū)位和資源優(yōu)勢(shì)。近年來(lái),婁底市提出打造“長(zhǎng)株潭后花園”總體旅游發(fā)展概念,并將發(fā)展鄉(xiāng)村旅游作為重要抓手,與當(dāng)下蓬勃興起的社會(huì)主義新農(nóng)村建設(shè)緊密結(jié)合起來(lái),讓農(nóng)民成為鄉(xiāng)村旅游的最大受益者,將鄉(xiāng)村旅游上升到富民工程的重要環(huán)節(jié)。但是,由于起步較晚,加之各方面條件的限制,婁底市的鄉(xiāng)村旅游尚處在初級(jí)階段,發(fā)展的空間亟需提升。本文在明晰鄉(xiāng)村旅游概念和了解國(guó)內(nèi)外研究的基礎(chǔ)上,通過(guò)實(shí)地考察、文獻(xiàn)分析、橫向比較等方法,對(duì)婁底市鄉(xiāng)村旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、存在的問(wèn)題等進(jìn)行了調(diào)研和分析,對(duì)婁底市鄉(xiāng)村旅游的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r和發(fā)展思路進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)梳理,提出了建設(shè)性的思路和對(duì)策,旨在為婁底市發(fā)展鄉(xiāng)村旅游提供有益的借鑒。相比前人的研究,本文對(duì)婁底旅游發(fā)展思路的類(lèi)型、運(yùn)營(yíng)情況及存在的問(wèn)題,找出問(wèn)題的根源,提出改進(jìn)措施,以使發(fā)展主題的運(yùn)營(yíng)更加順利高效,實(shí)現(xiàn)婁底旅游的健康和可持續(xù)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Rural tourism is a new type of tourism based on the "countryside". It relies on the unique tourism resources of the countryside, takes the rural nature as the main characteristic, and makes use of the natural landscape of the countryside. Traditional architecture and folk culture as tourist attraction, abandon the traditional rural leisure tourism focus on "leisure" and traditional agricultural experience tourism pay attention to "experience" shortcomings, fully expand the breadth and depth of tourism. To advocate the harmonious unification of human and nature for the purpose of tourism. Loudi is located in the geometry center of Hunan, is the intersection of multiple cultures, rural tourism resources are very prominent, the development of rural tourism in the province has a unique location and resource advantages in recent years. Loudi city proposed to create "Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan garden" overall tourism development concept, and the development of rural tourism as an important grasp, and the booming socialist new rural construction closely combined. Let farmers become the biggest beneficiaries of rural tourism, rural tourism will rise to an important link in the project of enriching the people. However, due to the late start, coupled with the constraints of various conditions. Loudi's rural tourism is still in the primary stage, the space for development needs to be improved. This paper, on the basis of clarifying the concept of rural tourism and understanding of domestic and foreign research, through field investigation, literature analysis, horizontal comparison and other methods. This paper investigates and analyzes the present situation and existing problems of the rural tourism industry in Loudi City, systematically combs the development situation and development ideas of the rural tourism industry in Loudi City, and puts forward constructive ideas and countermeasures. In order to provide useful reference for the development of rural tourism in Loudi. Compared with previous studies, this paper finds out the source of the problem and puts forward the improvement measures to the type, operation and existing problems of Loudi tourism development. In order to make the operation of development theme more smooth and efficient, realize Loudi tourism healthy and sustainable development.
