【摘要】：順應(yīng)企業(yè)國際化的發(fā)展,XBRL(eXtensible Business Reporting Language,可擴(kuò)展性商業(yè)報告語言)已被廣泛推廣應(yīng)用。XBRL網(wǎng)絡(luò)財務(wù)報告的披露能否提高企業(yè)透明度,增加信息使用者對財務(wù)信息的利用效率還有待探討。文章以滬市上市公司2010年年報中實施XBRL網(wǎng)絡(luò)財務(wù)報告的企業(yè)為例,分析企業(yè)國際化程度對XBRL網(wǎng)絡(luò)財務(wù)報告的影響,提出企業(yè)國際化與XBRL網(wǎng)絡(luò)財務(wù)報告的使用情況顯著正相關(guān),并對這一結(jié)論的政策含義進(jìn)行了論述。
[Abstract]:, XBRL (eXtensible Business Reporting Language, extensible business reporting language has been widely used in line with the internationalization of enterprises. Whether the disclosure of XBRL network financial reports can improve the transparency of enterprises and increase the efficiency of the use of financial information by information users remains to be discussed. Taking the enterprises implementing XBRL network financial report in the 2010 annual report of Shanghai listed companies as an example, this paper analyzes the influence of enterprise internationalization on XBRL network financial report, puts forward that the internationalization of enterprises is significantly positively correlated with the use of XBRL network financial report, and discusses the policy meaning of this conclusion.
