【摘要】：大連遠(yuǎn)東企業(yè)集團(tuán)是一家原料采購、生產(chǎn)及跨國的制造業(yè)集團(tuán)。在集團(tuán)原料采購及產(chǎn)品銷售過程中,存在大量經(jīng)由第三方完成的物流活動(dòng)。由于行業(yè)及產(chǎn)品特性原因,物流活動(dòng)存在貨品價(jià)值高,總貨值大的特點(diǎn)。近年來,受集團(tuán)高速擴(kuò)張及宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)形勢的影響,企業(yè)出現(xiàn)資金鏈緊繃的狀況。根據(jù)遠(yuǎn)東集團(tuán)的現(xiàn)實(shí)情況,本文認(rèn)為在采用適當(dāng)貿(mào)易融資模式的情況下,遠(yuǎn)東集團(tuán)不僅能夠達(dá)到緩解資金流,而且能提升市場競爭能力。本研究根據(jù)遠(yuǎn)東集團(tuán)的實(shí)際生產(chǎn)業(yè)務(wù)需要,分析資金占用的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié),梳理出具體的貿(mào)易融資需求。針對市場上存在的貿(mào)易融資產(chǎn)品和模式做出對比分析,并對遠(yuǎn)東集團(tuán)現(xiàn)有的貿(mào)易融資模式的選擇與實(shí)施進(jìn)行分步論述�；谶h(yuǎn)東集團(tuán)的現(xiàn)實(shí)情況及業(yè)務(wù)背景,提出最適合遠(yuǎn)東集團(tuán)的貿(mào)易融資模式,并針對不同的模式組合進(jìn)行經(jīng)濟(jì)效益對比與分析,以解決遠(yuǎn)東集團(tuán)在擴(kuò)張及發(fā)展中所面臨的融資難題,緩解流動(dòng)資金壓力,減少資金占用,提高整體資金使用效率,最終達(dá)到增強(qiáng)集團(tuán)市場競爭能力的目的。
[Abstract]:Dalian far East Enterprise Group is a raw material procurement, production and transnational manufacturing group. In the process of group raw material procurement and product sales, there are a large number of logistics activities completed by third parties. Due to the industry and product characteristics, logistics activities have the characteristics of high value of goods and large total value of goods. In recent years, due to the rapid expansion of the group and the macroeconomic situation, enterprises appear tight capital chain. According to the reality of far East Group, this paper holds that under the condition of adopting appropriate trade financing model, far East Group can not only alleviate the capital flow, but also improve the competitiveness of the market. According to the actual production business needs of far East Group, this study analyzes the key links of capital occupation, and combs out the specific trade financing needs. This paper makes a comparative analysis of the existing trade financing products and models in the market, and discusses the choice and implementation of the existing trade financing models of far East Group step by step. Based on the reality and business background of far East Group, this paper puts forward the most suitable trade financing mode for far East Group, and compares and analyzes the economic benefits of different model combinations. In order to solve the financing problems faced by far East Group in the process of expansion and development, alleviate the pressure of liquidity, reduce the occupation of funds, improve the overall efficiency of the use of funds, and finally achieve the purpose of enhancing the competitiveness of the group in the market.
