A管道公司庫存管理優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:在企業(yè)生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)活動(dòng)中,成本是影響企業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)效益的重要因素,在眾多成本項(xiàng)目中,庫存成本占有相當(dāng)大的比重。如果庫存儲(chǔ)備不當(dāng),輕者會(huì)增加企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)成本,重者會(huì)抑制企業(yè)的發(fā)展,甚至導(dǎo)致企業(yè)資金周轉(zhuǎn)不開,造成企業(yè)倒閉的惡果。如果庫存狀況良好,則能夠加快資金的周轉(zhuǎn)速度,提高資金的使用效率,增加投資收益。 A管道公司是一個(gè)專業(yè)的天然氣管道運(yùn)輸企業(yè),雖然運(yùn)營(yíng)時(shí)間不長(zhǎng),但其庫存管理已經(jīng)暴露出許多問題,比如庫存管理觀念落后、采購周期長(zhǎng)和庫存成本高。本文針對(duì)這些問題,以A管道公司庫存管理優(yōu)化為題展開研究。首先對(duì)A管道公司進(jìn)行走訪調(diào)查,總結(jié)了公司庫存管理的現(xiàn)狀,發(fā)現(xiàn)了其中存在的問題并剖析其原因;其次對(duì)庫存物資進(jìn)行了分類優(yōu)化,針對(duì)重要性很高的Ⅰ類物資建立了基于設(shè)備壽命分布函數(shù)的庫存模型,為重要性次之的Ⅱ類物資選擇了經(jīng)濟(jì)訂貨批量模型和(Q,,R)庫存補(bǔ)給策略,并分別進(jìn)行了實(shí)例分析;然后制定了公司庫存管理優(yōu)化的總體框架,涵蓋庫存管理優(yōu)化的目標(biāo)、指導(dǎo)思想和原則;最后針對(duì)公司庫存管理存在的問題,從樹立正確的庫存管理觀念、加強(qiáng)供應(yīng)商管理、完善信息系統(tǒng)和強(qiáng)化物資保管等幾方面提出了庫存管理優(yōu)化的措施。
[Abstract]:In the production and operation of enterprises, the cost is an important factor that affects the economic benefits of enterprises. Among the many cost items, the inventory cost accounts for a large proportion. If the stock reserve is not proper, the lighter will increase the production and operation cost of the enterprise, the heavy one will restrain the development of the enterprise, and even lead to the capital flow of the enterprise not to open, which will result in the bad result of the enterprise closing down. If the inventory is in good condition, it can speed up the turnover of funds, improve the efficiency of the use of funds, and increase the return on investment. A pipeline company is a professional natural gas pipeline transportation company, although the operation time is not long, but its inventory management has exposed many problems, such as backward concept of inventory management, long procurement cycle and high inventory cost. In order to solve these problems, this paper focuses on the optimization of A pipeline company's inventory management. First of all, the A pipeline company to visit the survey, summed up the current situation of the company's inventory management, found the existing problems and analyze the reasons; Secondly, the inventory model based on the equipment life distribution function is established for the highly important class I materials, and the economic order batch model and (Q1) are selected for the second class of important materials. R) inventory resupply strategy, and the examples are analyzed. Then, the overall framework of inventory management optimization is established, which covers the objectives, guiding ideology and principles of inventory management optimization. Finally, aiming at the problems existing in the inventory management of the company, this paper puts forward some measures to optimize the inventory management from the following aspects: establishing the correct concept of inventory management, strengthening the management of suppliers, perfecting the information system and strengthening the storage of goods and materials.
