【摘要】：戰(zhàn)略成本管理將成本信息貫穿于企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理過程之中,通過對企業(yè)成本結(jié)構(gòu)、成本行為的全面了解、控制與改善,尋求長久的競爭優(yōu)勢。文章結(jié)合多年對施工行業(yè)的了解,就國有施工企業(yè)實施戰(zhàn)略成本管理應(yīng)重點關(guān)注的幾個問題進行了闡述,以期對國有施工企業(yè)成本管理工作及相關(guān)人員有所幫助。
[Abstract]:Strategic cost management runs cost information through the process of enterprise strategic management, through the comprehensive understanding of enterprise cost structure, cost behavior, control and improvement, seeking long-term competitive advantage. Combined with the understanding of construction industry for many years, this paper expounds several problems that should be paid attention to in the implementation of strategic cost management in state-owned construction enterprises, in order to help the cost management work and related personnel of state-owned construction enterprises.
