【摘要】：隨著近些年來中國銀行在基層網(wǎng)點建設(shè)上的不斷擴(kuò)張，中行的各種授信業(yè)務(wù)，資產(chǎn)業(yè)務(wù)不斷下沉，可是中行對于基層網(wǎng)點的內(nèi)控風(fēng)險防范卻在一些方面存在著不足。近些年，中行發(fā)生的一些大案要案幾乎都起于基層網(wǎng)點，這說明中行還是需要不斷的加強內(nèi)控建設(shè)。本文中作者通過長時間在中行實習(xí)的過程，利用仔細(xì)的觀察和親身的操作，試圖在結(jié)合相關(guān)銀行風(fēng)險理論的基礎(chǔ)上，為中行基層網(wǎng)點的內(nèi)控建設(shè)提出一些可行性高，具有實際價值的意見。 本文首先介紹了中行的發(fā)展歷程和目前的經(jīng)營現(xiàn)狀，并重點介紹了現(xiàn)階段中行的發(fā)展理念和作者實習(xí)網(wǎng)點的基本情況，從宏觀和微觀兩個方面為讀者介紹了本文的研究環(huán)境和背景，并從理論意義和現(xiàn)實意義的角度說明了本文的創(chuàng)作意義。之后作者從自己的視角出發(fā)，總結(jié)了中行基層網(wǎng)點所出現(xiàn)的主要內(nèi)控風(fēng)險，并將風(fēng)險歸類，加以事實的例子予以闡述。最后，作者結(jié)合相關(guān)的內(nèi)控合規(guī)理論，從幾個方面有針對性的提出了防范內(nèi)控風(fēng)險的具體措施，也希望能通過作者的措施切實的幫助一些中行網(wǎng)點提升內(nèi)控風(fēng)險防范能力，為中行的健康發(fā)展提供的有益的幫助。
[Abstract]:With the expansion of the bank of China in the construction of grass-roots network in recent years, Bank of China's various credit business, asset business is sinking, but Bank of China's internal control risk prevention for grass-roots network in some aspects is insufficient. In recent years, the Bank of China has occurred some major cases almost all started in the grass-roots network, which shows that the Bank of China still needs to strengthen the construction of internal control. In this paper, through the process of practicing in Bank of China for a long time, using careful observation and personal operation, the author tries to put forward some high feasibility for the construction of internal control of Bank of China grass-roots network on the basis of relevant bank risk theory. An opinion of practical value This paper first introduces the development of Bank of China and the current business situation, and focuses on the current development concept of Bank of China and the basic situation of the author's practice network. This paper introduces the research environment and background of this paper from both macro and micro aspects, and explains the significance of this paper from the angle of theoretical and practical significance. Then the author sums up the main internal control risks in the basic branch of Bank of China from his own perspective, classifies the risk and illustrates the example of facts. Finally, the author combines relevant internal control compliance theory, puts forward specific measures to prevent internal control risk from several aspects, and also hopes to help some BOC outlets to enhance the ability of internal control risk prevention through the author's measures.
