【摘要】：當(dāng)前,實(shí)體經(jīng)濟(jì)融資負(fù)擔(dān)重,已經(jīng)成為大眾常識(shí)。數(shù)據(jù)顯示,高融資成本已經(jīng)超越人力成本、土地及租金、原材料成本等因素,成為企業(yè)盈利水平下降的最主要原因。2013年,上市工業(yè)企業(yè)銷售凈利率為3.37%,較2012年下降0.46個(gè)百分點(diǎn),較2011年下降1.52個(gè)百分點(diǎn)。從結(jié)構(gòu)因素看,財(cái)務(wù)費(fèi)用/銷售收入為1.40%,較2012年上升0.1個(gè)百分點(diǎn),較2011年上升0.55個(gè)百分點(diǎn),是企業(yè)銷售凈利率下降的最主要影響因素。
[Abstract]:At present, the real economy financing burden is heavy, has become the common sense of the public. The data show that high financing costs have outstripped labor costs, land and rent, raw material costs and other factors, and have become the main reason for the decline in corporate profitability. In 2013, the net interest rate on sales of listed industrial companies was 3.37. It was 0.46 percentage points lower than in 2012 and 1.52 percentage points lower than in 2011. In terms of structure, financial expenses / sales revenue was 1.40%, 0.1 percentage point higher than in 2012 and 0.55% higher than in 2011, which was the most important factor influencing the decline of net interest rate of enterprise sales.
