【摘要】：正根據(jù)中共中央和國務(wù)院有關(guān)文件精神,各地政府和部門在積極推動文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展、繁榮文化市場中,興建了許多劇院。各級政府在保障由政府主導(dǎo)文化陣地的前提條件下,積極創(chuàng)新劇院委托經(jīng)營的新模式。目前,各級政府創(chuàng)新的劇院委托管理經(jīng)營的新模式主要采取政府投資(一般為當?shù)匚幕只驅(qū)ｉT成立的業(yè)主公司)興建社會公共設(shè)施——劇院,再按照市場原則選擇有實力和品牌的文化類公司作為劇院管理公司,簽署劇院委托經(jīng)營管理合同,約定委托經(jīng)營管理期限(一般為5~8年)、每年必須完成的演出場次及檔次要求、最高票價等,并根據(jù)演出場次和檔次,
[Abstract]:In accordance with the spirit of the relevant documents of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council, local governments and departments have actively promoted the development of cultural industries and prospered the cultural market, and many theatres have been built. Governments at all levels actively innovate the new mode of commissioned management of theatres under the precondition of ensuring the cultural position dominated by the government. At present, the new mode of commissioned management of theatres, which are innovative at all levels of government, mainly adopts government investment (generally for local cultural bureaus or specially established owners' companies) to build social public facilities-theatres.
