【摘要】：用戶對(duì)數(shù)字資源的訪問(wèn)需求不僅分布在現(xiàn)在,更主要分布在未來(lái),所以可持續(xù)性是數(shù)字時(shí)代用戶對(duì)數(shù)字保存的基本要求。經(jīng)濟(jì)可持續(xù)性是實(shí)現(xiàn)數(shù)字保存可持續(xù)性的基本條件。實(shí)現(xiàn)數(shù)字保存經(jīng)濟(jì)可持續(xù)性的最有效途徑是分析其經(jīng)濟(jì)要素,并在此基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行經(jīng)濟(jì)評(píng)價(jià)。本文綜合分析了項(xiàng)目的盈利能力指標(biāo)、償還能力指標(biāo)、生存能力指標(biāo)和不確定性分析指標(biāo)等一系列財(cái)務(wù)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo),并結(jié)合數(shù)字保存項(xiàng)目的有關(guān)特點(diǎn),將其應(yīng)用到數(shù)字保存領(lǐng)域,對(duì)數(shù)字保存的項(xiàng)目評(píng)估具有重要的指導(dǎo)意義,完善了數(shù)字保存項(xiàng)目的經(jīng)濟(jì)要素和經(jīng)濟(jì)評(píng)價(jià)的相關(guān)理論建設(shè),可以豐富數(shù)字時(shí)代圖書(shū)館學(xué)的理論和實(shí)踐,而且有利于數(shù)字保存項(xiàng)目的可持續(xù)運(yùn)營(yíng),更有助于數(shù)字保存項(xiàng)目投資決策的科學(xué)化。 經(jīng)濟(jì)項(xiàng)目的財(cái)務(wù)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)一直是經(jīng)濟(jì)評(píng)價(jià)的重要內(nèi)容。本文是將經(jīng)濟(jì)項(xiàng)目的傳統(tǒng)財(cái)務(wù)指標(biāo)創(chuàng)造性地應(yīng)用于新興的數(shù)字保存項(xiàng)目之中,從四個(gè)部分論述財(cái)務(wù)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)在數(shù)字保存中的應(yīng)用。第一部分從國(guó)內(nèi)國(guó)外數(shù)字保存項(xiàng)目的經(jīng)濟(jì)要素和經(jīng)濟(jì)評(píng)價(jià)入手,解析數(shù)字保存項(xiàng)目的類(lèi)型、特點(diǎn)和生命周期,并對(duì)數(shù)字保存的經(jīng)濟(jì)評(píng)價(jià)類(lèi)型進(jìn)行分析；第二章本文解析的數(shù)字保存項(xiàng)目的基礎(chǔ)經(jīng)濟(jì)數(shù)據(jù)的構(gòu)成,包括項(xiàng)目總投資的估計(jì),以及成本收入的估算；第三章本文將選取一些經(jīng)典的財(cái)務(wù)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo),然后根據(jù)數(shù)字保存項(xiàng)目的特點(diǎn)對(duì)這些指標(biāo)進(jìn)行解析,構(gòu)建其計(jì)算模型；由于企業(yè)的財(cái)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)屬商業(yè)機(jī)密,故在第四章中,本文將借助概念性案例對(duì)數(shù)字保存項(xiàng)目的這些財(cái)務(wù)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行逐個(gè)解析和計(jì)算,得出數(shù)字保存項(xiàng)目經(jīng)濟(jì)評(píng)價(jià)的結(jié)論。
[Abstract]:Users' demand for access to digital resources is distributed not only in the present but also in the future, so sustainability is the basic requirement for digital preservation in the digital age. Economic sustainability is the basic condition of digital preservation sustainability. The most effective way to realize the economic sustainability of digital preservation is to analyze its economic elements and carry out economic evaluation on this basis. In this paper, a series of financial evaluation indexes, such as profitability index, repayment index, survivability index and uncertainty analysis index, are comprehensively analyzed, and applied to the field of digital preservation according to the characteristics of digital preservation project. It has important guiding significance for the project evaluation of digital preservation. It improves the economic elements of digital preservation project and the related theoretical construction of economic evaluation, and can enrich the theory and practice of library science in the digital age. Moreover, it is beneficial to the sustainable operation of digital preservation projects and to the scientific decision making of digital preservation projects. The financial evaluation index of economic project is the important content of economic evaluation all the time. In this paper, the traditional financial indexes of economic projects are creatively applied to new digital preservation projects, and the application of financial evaluation indexes in digital preservation is discussed from four parts. The first part starts with the economic factors and economic evaluation of digital preservation projects at home and abroad, analyzes the types, characteristics and life cycle of digital preservation projects, and analyzes the types of economic evaluation of digital preservation. In the second chapter, the basic economic data of the digital preservation project is analyzed, including the estimation of the total investment of the project and the estimation of the cost and income. In the third chapter, some classical financial evaluation indexes are selected. Then, according to the characteristics of the digital preservation project, we analyze these indexes and construct their calculation model. Because the financial data of the enterprise is a trade secret, so in the fourth chapter, In this paper, the financial evaluation indexes of digital preservation projects are analyzed and calculated one by one with the help of conceptual cases, and the conclusion of economic evaluation of digital preservation projects is obtained.
