【摘要】：隨著近年來,人民幣升值壓力的加大,世界原材料價格和人力資源成本的上升,這造成了項目執(zhí)行過程中來自成本的壓力逐漸增大。這就對項目執(zhí)行過程中的項目進度和成本的管理提出了更高的目標(biāo)和要求。通過運用先進的現(xiàn)代項目管理理論和手段,提升項目執(zhí)行效率,降低項目運行成本就成為了當(dāng)前項目管理的主要發(fā)展方向。 本文以項目成本和進度管理理論為基礎(chǔ),以筆者全程參與的上海某聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯項目作為研究實例,制定項目分解結(jié)構(gòu)和成本進度計劃,重點討論在項目執(zhí)行過程中以成本進度計劃為出發(fā)點,結(jié)合實際成本和進度,使用掙值法對項目實施進行分析和控制,提出優(yōu)化控制方案建議。整個分析過程遵循的基本方法是建立一級和二級項目的掙值分析體系,在分析中結(jié)合網(wǎng)絡(luò)計劃中的關(guān)鍵路徑,以一級和二級項目的掙值分析結(jié)果為基礎(chǔ)對整個項目的執(zhí)行績效做出評價和預(yù)測。希望以此提高項目的管理水平,保證項目順利完成,并為后續(xù)項目提供可借鑒的經(jīng)驗。
[Abstract]:With the increasing pressure of RMB appreciation in recent years, the price of raw materials and the cost of human resources in the world are rising, which causes the pressure from cost to increase gradually in the process of project implementation. This puts forward higher goals and requirements for project schedule and cost management in the process of project implementation. Through the use of advanced modern project management theory and means to improve the efficiency of project implementation and reduce project running costs has become the main development direction of current project management. Based on the theory of project cost and schedule management, this paper takes a project of polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) in Shanghai as an example to work out the project decomposition structure and cost schedule. This paper focuses on the analysis and control of the project implementation by using earned value method to analyze and control the project by taking the cost schedule plan as the starting point and combining the actual cost and schedule, and puts forward some suggestions for optimizing the control scheme. The basic method followed in the whole analysis process is to establish the earned value analysis system of the first and second level projects, and to combine the critical path in the network planning in the analysis. Based on the results of earned value analysis of the first and second level projects, the performance of the whole project is evaluated and forecasted. Hope to improve the management level of the project, ensure the smooth completion of the project, and provide lessons for future projects.
