【摘要】：摘要：項(xiàng)目評(píng)價(jià)是項(xiàng)目決策前企業(yè)從技術(shù)、社會(huì)和經(jīng)濟(jì)各角度對(duì)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行分析、研究和論證的過(guò)程,是項(xiàng)目建設(shè)前期研究的最重要的一項(xiàng)工作,也是國(guó)家宏觀調(diào)控的重要依據(jù)。項(xiàng)目經(jīng)濟(jì)評(píng)價(jià)作為項(xiàng)目評(píng)價(jià)的有機(jī)組成部分,是項(xiàng)目評(píng)價(jià)最重要的一環(huán),項(xiàng)目只有在經(jīng)濟(jì)上具有可行性才能吸引企業(yè)投資,實(shí)現(xiàn)資源的優(yōu)化配置。 本論文從項(xiàng)目經(jīng)濟(jì)評(píng)價(jià)的理論研究出發(fā),分析了汽車(chē)零部件行業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)評(píng)價(jià)應(yīng)用的現(xiàn)狀與特點(diǎn),指出了項(xiàng)目經(jīng)濟(jì)評(píng)價(jià)對(duì)汽車(chē)零部件項(xiàng)目投資和建設(shè)的重要性。論文綜合運(yùn)用了項(xiàng)目經(jīng)濟(jì)評(píng)價(jià)研究的相關(guān)理論和方法,以CN公司建設(shè)項(xiàng)目為例,結(jié)合建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的背景、內(nèi)容、目標(biāo)市場(chǎng)和技術(shù)支撐,以項(xiàng)目經(jīng)濟(jì)可行性為評(píng)價(jià)重點(diǎn),論述了項(xiàng)目的可行性,并得出項(xiàng)目評(píng)價(jià)方面的結(jié)論,從而為企業(yè)的戰(zhàn)略決策提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Absrtact: project evaluation is the process of analyzing, researching and demonstrating the project from the point of view of technology, society and economy before the project decision. It is the most important work in the early stage of the project construction, and it is also the important basis of the national macro-control. As an organic part of project evaluation, project economic evaluation is the most important part of project evaluation. Only if the project is economically feasible, can it attract enterprise investment and realize the optimal allocation of resources. Based on the theoretical research of the project economic evaluation, this paper analyzes the present situation and characteristics of the application of the economic evaluation of automobile parts industry, and points out the importance of the project economic evaluation to the investment and construction of the automobile parts project. The thesis synthetically uses the relevant theories and methods of the project economic evaluation research, taking the CN company construction project as an example, combining the background, content, target market and technical support of the construction project, taking the project economic feasibility as the evaluation focus. This paper discusses the feasibility of the project, and draws the conclusion of the project evaluation, thus providing scientific basis for the strategic decision of the enterprise.
