【摘要】：摘要：項目評價是項目決策前企業(yè)從技術(shù)、社會和經(jīng)濟(jì)各角度對項目進(jìn)行分析、研究和論證的過程,是項目建設(shè)前期研究的最重要的一項工作,也是國家宏觀調(diào)控的重要依據(jù)。項目經(jīng)濟(jì)評價作為項目評價的有機(jī)組成部分,是項目評價最重要的一環(huán),項目只有在經(jīng)濟(jì)上具有可行性才能吸引企業(yè)投資,實現(xiàn)資源的優(yōu)化配置。 本論文從項目經(jīng)濟(jì)評價的理論研究出發(fā),分析了汽車零部件行業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)評價應(yīng)用的現(xiàn)狀與特點,指出了項目經(jīng)濟(jì)評價對汽車零部件項目投資和建設(shè)的重要性。論文綜合運用了項目經(jīng)濟(jì)評價研究的相關(guān)理論和方法,以CN公司建設(shè)項目為例,結(jié)合建設(shè)項目的背景、內(nèi)容、目標(biāo)市場和技術(shù)支撐,以項目經(jīng)濟(jì)可行性為評價重點,論述了項目的可行性,并得出項目評價方面的結(jié)論,從而為企業(yè)的戰(zhàn)略決策提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Absrtact: project evaluation is the process of analyzing, researching and demonstrating the project from the point of view of technology, society and economy before the project decision. It is the most important work in the early stage of the project construction, and it is also the important basis of the national macro-control. As an organic part of project evaluation, project economic evaluation is the most important part of project evaluation. Only if the project is economically feasible, can it attract enterprise investment and realize the optimal allocation of resources. Based on the theoretical research of the project economic evaluation, this paper analyzes the present situation and characteristics of the application of the economic evaluation of automobile parts industry, and points out the importance of the project economic evaluation to the investment and construction of the automobile parts project. The thesis synthetically uses the relevant theories and methods of the project economic evaluation research, taking the CN company construction project as an example, combining the background, content, target market and technical support of the construction project, taking the project economic feasibility as the evaluation focus. This paper discusses the feasibility of the project, and draws the conclusion of the project evaluation, thus providing scientific basis for the strategic decision of the enterprise.
