【摘要】：正"三農(nóng)"問(wèn)題是我國(guó)新時(shí)期經(jīng)濟(jì)改革工作的核心之一,搞好農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)工作關(guān)系到廣大農(nóng)民的切身利益,也是維護(hù)農(nóng)村穩(wěn)定和安全的基石。理順農(nóng)村財(cái)務(wù)管理工作關(guān)系和深化農(nóng)村會(huì)計(jì)改革是新農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)的一項(xiàng)重要內(nèi)容,也是解決目前農(nóng)村存在的突出問(wèn)題的行之有效的工作方法。強(qiáng)化農(nóng)村會(huì)計(jì)管理工作,建立規(guī)范的農(nóng)村會(huì)計(jì)管理體制,回歸農(nóng)村會(huì)計(jì)本位則是農(nóng)村會(huì)計(jì)發(fā)展的必然趨勢(shì)。
[Abstract]:The issue of "agriculture, countryside and farmers" is one of the core of our country's economic reform in the new period. It is not only the vital interests of the peasants, but also the cornerstone of maintaining the stability and security of the countryside. Straightening out the relationship between rural financial management and deepening the reform of rural accounting is an important part of the construction of new rural economy and an effective working method to solve the outstanding problems existing in rural areas at present. It is an inevitable trend for the development of rural accounting to strengthen the rural accounting management, establish a standardized rural accounting management system and return to the rural accounting standard.
