【摘要】：正"三農(nóng)"問題是我國新時期經(jīng)濟改革工作的核心之一,搞好農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟工作關(guān)系到廣大農(nóng)民的切身利益,也是維護農(nóng)村穩(wěn)定和安全的基石。理順農(nóng)村財務(wù)管理工作關(guān)系和深化農(nóng)村會計改革是新農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟建設(shè)的一項重要內(nèi)容,也是解決目前農(nóng)村存在的突出問題的行之有效的工作方法。強化農(nóng)村會計管理工作,建立規(guī)范的農(nóng)村會計管理體制,回歸農(nóng)村會計本位則是農(nóng)村會計發(fā)展的必然趨勢。
[Abstract]:The issue of "agriculture, countryside and farmers" is one of the core of our country's economic reform in the new period. It is not only the vital interests of the peasants, but also the cornerstone of maintaining the stability and security of the countryside. Straightening out the relationship between rural financial management and deepening the reform of rural accounting is an important part of the construction of new rural economy and an effective working method to solve the outstanding problems existing in rural areas at present. It is an inevitable trend for the development of rural accounting to strengthen the rural accounting management, establish a standardized rural accounting management system and return to the rural accounting standard.
