【摘要】：隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)的飛速發(fā)展,我國(guó)電力市場(chǎng)也呈現(xiàn)出蓬勃發(fā)展勢(shì)頭。而針對(duì)供電企業(yè)而言,電費(fèi)管理工作是關(guān)系到企業(yè)生存與發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵,其中抄表工作、核算工作、回收工作又是電費(fèi)管理工作中的核心內(nèi)容。 抄表工作作為電費(fèi)管理工作的基礎(chǔ)內(nèi)容,是電費(fèi)工作中開(kāi)展其它相關(guān)業(yè)務(wù)的關(guān)鍵節(jié)點(diǎn)和奠基石,電費(fèi)核算工作是保證電費(fèi)回收的基本手段,電費(fèi)回收工作則是供電企業(yè)的生命線。 由于電費(fèi)抄表工作、核算工作、回收工作的重要性,同時(shí),近年來(lái)電費(fèi)抄核收工作的要求越來(lái)越高,工作難度越來(lái)越大,傳統(tǒng)的一些電費(fèi)抄核收方式不免顯得有些”落伍“。所以,本文在研究大量國(guó)內(nèi)外實(shí)例的基礎(chǔ)上,著眼于最具代表性的縣級(jí)供電企業(yè),以所在的富陽(yáng)市供電公司為例,詳細(xì)分析了縣級(jí)供電企業(yè)電費(fèi)抄核收中所存在的風(fēng)險(xiǎn),并對(duì)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行了分析,找出風(fēng)險(xiǎn)存在的原因并提出了相應(yīng)的對(duì)策,并分析和總結(jié)了這些措施所取得的效果,期望這些成果能夠?yàn)榭h級(jí)供電企業(yè)電費(fèi)抄核收工作提供參考借鑒。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of our country's economy and society, the electric power market of our country also presents the vigorous development momentum.For power supply enterprises, electricity management is the key to the survival and development of enterprises, among which meter reading, accounting and recycling are the core contents of electricity management.As the basic content of electricity charge management, meter reading work is the key node and foundation stone of other related business in electricity charge work, and electricity charge accounting work is the basic means to ensure the recovery of electricity charge.Electricity recovery work is the lifeline of power supply enterprises.Because of the importance of electricity meter reading, accounting work and recovery work, at the same time, in recent years, the demand of electricity check and collection work is more and more high, and the work is more and more difficult.Therefore, on the basis of studying a large number of domestic and foreign examples, this paper focuses on the most representative county-level power supply enterprises. Taking Fuyang Power supply Company as an example, the paper analyzes in detail the risks in the county level power supply enterprises' electricity rate check and collection.The paper also analyzes the risk, finds out the reason of the risk and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures, and analyzes and summarizes the effect of these measures. It is expected that these results can provide a reference for the county power supply enterprises to check and collect electricity charges.
