【摘要】：人工成本是反映著一個國家、地區(qū)、企業(yè)在勞動力市場上競爭實力的大小。它是當(dāng)代社會建筑企業(yè)取得市場競爭份額的最重要因素。由于建筑業(yè)是非常具有代表性的傳統(tǒng)的、典型的勞動密集型行業(yè)。如今隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展和社會福利保障制度的不斷完善，最低工資標(biāo)準(zhǔn)在上調(diào)，我國很多建筑企業(yè)都逐漸意識到人工成本的重要性，，它嚴(yán)重影響到企業(yè)的利潤空間和發(fā)展?jié)摿Γ畠r人力成本的競爭策略已經(jīng)時過境遷了。在新的市場經(jīng)濟(jì)下，建筑企業(yè)必須詳細(xì)了解和掌控人工成本的現(xiàn)狀和未來的發(fā)展趨勢，逐步加強(qiáng)對人工成本的管理，提高企業(yè)的競爭力和利潤水平。 本文根據(jù)目前建筑市場狀況，分析了當(dāng)前建筑業(yè)勞動力市場狀況，深刻剖析了人工成本上漲的原因及對建筑企業(yè)各方面的影響，在此基礎(chǔ)上，對建筑業(yè)人工成本有效的管理提出了自己的對策和建議。最后筆者理論結(jié)合實際對水電實際項目中人工成本控制進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的分析。在以時間序列的模型中討論了人工成本測算的幾種模型，對比其優(yōu)勢，以建筑企業(yè)的需要為目標(biāo)，在人工成本不斷上漲的趨勢下，希望自己微小的研究能夠?qū)ㄖ髽I(yè)的人工成本控制發(fā)揮作用力。
[Abstract]:Labor cost is a reflection of a country, region, enterprises in the labor market competitive strength of the size.It is the most important factor for contemporary construction enterprises to obtain market competition share.As the construction industry is very representative of the traditional, typical labor-intensive industries.With the rapid development of the economy and the continuous improvement of the social welfare security system, the minimum wage standard is increasing. Many construction enterprises in China are gradually realizing the importance of labor costs.It has seriously affected the profit space and development potential of enterprises, and the competitive strategy of cheap labor cost has been changed.Under the new market economy, construction enterprises must understand and control the current situation and future development trend of labor cost in detail, strengthen the management of labor cost step by step, and improve the competitiveness and profit level of enterprises.According to the current situation of construction market, this paper analyzes the current situation of labor market in construction industry, deeply analyzes the reasons for the rise of labor cost and its influence on all aspects of construction enterprises, and on this basis,Put forward own countermeasure and suggestion to the construction industry labor cost effective management.Finally, the author makes a detailed analysis on the labor cost control in the hydropower project combining the theory and practice.In the model of time series, this paper discusses several models of labor cost measurement, contrasts its advantages, takes the needs of construction enterprises as its target, and under the trend of rising labor costs,I hope my tiny research can exert the force on labor cost control of construction enterprises.
