【摘要】：我國鋼鐵貿(mào)易類中小企業(yè)占據(jù)整個(gè)行業(yè)企業(yè)比重超過90%,且多屬于民營企業(yè)。鋼鐵貿(mào)易類中小企業(yè)在我國整個(gè)鋼鐵貿(mào)易行業(yè)中發(fā)揮重要作用,促成鋼貿(mào)流通,是行業(yè)的主要支柱力量,不僅擔(dān)負(fù)著鋼鐵產(chǎn)品中間流通功能,還具有直接面向鋼鐵產(chǎn)品消費(fèi)群體的流通功能。鋼鐵貿(mào)易類中小企業(yè)資產(chǎn)負(fù)債率較高、銷售凈利率較低,雖然資產(chǎn)周轉(zhuǎn)率較快,但是企業(yè)多屬于輕資產(chǎn)類企業(yè),在流通中需要較大的資金墊付,但是自身資本難以滿足資金需求,存在資金缺口,迫切需要實(shí)施融資活動(dòng)。目前,我國鋼貿(mào)類中小企業(yè)面臨融資難的問題,且難以憑借自身力量就改變?nèi)谫Y困境的。鋼貿(mào)類中小企業(yè)只有充分認(rèn)識(shí)現(xiàn)有融資平臺(tái),結(jié)合鋼貿(mào)價(jià)值鏈的潛在優(yōu)勢,設(shè)計(jì)操之可行的鋼貿(mào)物流金融融資模式,進(jìn)而緩解鋼貿(mào)類中小企業(yè)融資難的問題。本文在分析國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,介紹了相關(guān)物流金融融資理論,針對(duì)我國鋼鐵貿(mào)易類中小企業(yè)融資模式給出了大體的融資設(shè)計(jì)框架,結(jié)合鋼鐵貿(mào)易類中小企業(yè)融資模式,分析探討鋼鐵貿(mào)易類中小企業(yè)融資風(fēng)險(xiǎn),最后本文以A鋼鐵貿(mào)易有限公司為例,采用實(shí)證分析方法從實(shí)用的角度研究了A公司的融資模式,診斷公司融資環(huán)節(jié),分析面臨風(fēng)險(xiǎn)提出改進(jìn)措施,以期為我國鋼鐵貿(mào)易類中小企業(yè)融資具體操作提供實(shí)踐意義的參考。
[Abstract]:China's iron and steel trade SMEs account for more than 90 percent of the whole industry, and most of them belong to private enterprises.Small and medium-sized iron and steel trade enterprises play an important role in the whole iron and steel trade industry in our country and promote the circulation of steel trade. They are the main pillar of the industry and not only shoulder the function of intermediate circulation of iron and steel products.Also has the circulation function which faces the iron and steel product consumer group directly.Small and medium-sized enterprises of iron and steel trade have higher asset-liability ratio and lower net interest rate on sales. Although the turnover rate of assets is faster, most of the enterprises belong to the category of light assets, so they need a large amount of capital advance in circulation.However, its own capital is difficult to meet the capital demand, there is a funding gap, urgent need to implement financing activities.At present, the small and medium-sized enterprises of steel trade in our country are faced with the problem of financing difficulty, and it is difficult to change the financing predicament by relying on their own strength.Only by fully understanding the existing financing platform and combining the potential advantages of the steel trade value chain, the small and medium-sized enterprises of steel trade can design a feasible financing mode of steel trade logistics finance, and then alleviate the financing difficulties of steel trade small and medium-sized enterprises.Based on the analysis of the current research situation at home and abroad, this paper introduces the relevant logistics finance theory, and gives a general financing design framework for the SME financing model of iron and steel trade in China, combining with the financing model of the iron and steel trade SMEs.Finally, taking A Iron and Steel Trading Co., Ltd as an example, the paper studies the financing mode of A Company from a practical point of view, and diagnoses the financing link of A Company, taking A Iron and Steel Trading Co., Ltd. As an example.In order to provide practical reference for the financing operation of small and medium sized iron and steel trading enterprises in China, the paper puts forward some improvement measures in the face of risks.
