【摘要】：當(dāng)前，按照國(guó)際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行劃分共有十五類國(guó)際化產(chǎn)業(yè)，醫(yī)藥行業(yè)就是其中之一。作為朝陽(yáng)產(chǎn)業(yè)，近年來(lái)醫(yī)藥產(chǎn)業(yè)在世界貿(mào)易中增長(zhǎng)最為迅猛，我國(guó)的醫(yī)藥行業(yè)在產(chǎn)值方面保持了16.6%的年均增長(zhǎng)率。據(jù)預(yù)測(cè)，我國(guó)醫(yī)藥市場(chǎng)的未來(lái)價(jià)值將呈現(xiàn)持續(xù)增長(zhǎng)的良好態(tài)勢(shì)。 但是，我國(guó)的物流產(chǎn)業(yè)，特別是藥品的流通，因?yàn)樗幤妨魍ǔ杀据^高，缺乏全國(guó)性的物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)和高效的物流設(shè)施支持等原因，導(dǎo)致我國(guó)的醫(yī)藥銷售的物流成本較高，直接影響了我國(guó)的藥品零售企業(yè)的健康有序發(fā)展。 蘇州L國(guó)藥連鎖公司是國(guó)內(nèi)較早實(shí)行連鎖經(jīng)營(yíng)的醫(yī)藥零售企業(yè)，在研究國(guó)內(nèi)藥品連鎖銷售領(lǐng)域的物流成本控制，具有一定的典型意義。 本文在綜合分析現(xiàn)有國(guó)內(nèi)外藥品零售連鎖經(jīng)營(yíng)的物流成本的基礎(chǔ)上，探討L國(guó)藥連鎖公司物流成本控制中存在的各種問題，運(yùn)用經(jīng)濟(jì)訂貨批量和最短路徑、關(guān)鍵路徑等理論，對(duì)L國(guó)藥連鎖公司的庫(kù)存成本和運(yùn)輸成本進(jìn)行重點(diǎn)研究。并就如何對(duì)L國(guó)藥連鎖公司的物流成本進(jìn)行合理控制作了深入研究，，給出了相應(yīng)的物流成本控制方法和控制措施。
[Abstract]:At present, there are 15 international industries classified according to international standards, among which the pharmaceutical industry is one of them. As a sunrise industry, the pharmaceutical industry has grown most rapidly in the world trade in recent years. China's pharmaceutical industry has maintained an average annual growth rate of 16.6% in terms of output value. It is predicted that the future value of China's pharmaceutical market will show a good trend of sustained growth. However, the logistics industry of our country, especially the circulation of drugs, because of the high cost of drug circulation, the lack of nationwide logistics network and the support of efficient logistics facilities, lead to the higher logistics cost of pharmaceutical sales in our country. It directly affects the healthy and orderly development of pharmaceutical retail enterprises in China. Suzhou L Chinese Medicines chain Company is a pharmaceutical retail enterprise which carried out chain operation earlier in our country. It is of typical significance to study the logistics cost control in the field of domestic drug chain sales. On the basis of synthetically analyzing the logistics cost of drug retail chain operation at home and abroad, this paper probes into the various problems existing in the logistics cost control of L Chinese medicine chain company, and applies the theories of economic order batch, shortest path, critical path, etc. This paper focuses on the inventory cost and transportation cost of L Chinese medicine chain company, and makes a deep study on how to reasonably control the logistics cost of L Chinese medicine chain company, and puts forward the corresponding methods and measures of logistics cost control.
