【摘要】：正一、戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)會(huì)計(jì)人才培養(yǎng)必要性與目標(biāo)21世紀(jì)以來(lái),在社會(huì)進(jìn)步、經(jīng)濟(jì)快速發(fā)展和科學(xué)技術(shù)重大突破的交互作用下,全球化、科技化的經(jīng)濟(jì)體層出不窮,全球產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈形成,戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)正在成為各國(guó)的主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)。2010年國(guó)務(wù)院發(fā)布《國(guó)務(wù)院關(guān)于加快培育和發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)的決定》,提出發(fā)展新能源等七大戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)的目標(biāo)與要求,并于2012年通過(guò)
