【摘要】：正互聯(lián)網(wǎng)改變了產(chǎn)業(yè)運行模式和企業(yè)經(jīng)營模式,改變了管理會計的服務(wù)對象。管理會計解決的是企業(yè)體制、機制的問題,目的是調(diào)動全員積極性,其核心則是約束資源使用,防范公司風(fēng)險,提升企業(yè)價值。管理會計是企業(yè)精細化管理和價值創(chuàng)造的重要工具,涉及到企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略、組織、業(yè)務(wù)、財務(wù)等諸多方面,對推動產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級具有重要作用。筆者擬結(jié)合互聯(lián)網(wǎng)環(huán)境下企業(yè)管理會計信息化的建設(shè)談一些體會和思考。一、搭建集戰(zhàn)略、預(yù)算、績效"三
[Abstract]:The Internet has changed the industrial operation mode and the enterprise business model, changed the management accounting service object. The management accounting solves the enterprise system, the mechanism question, the goal is to arouse the entire staff enthusiasm. The core of management accounting is to restrict the use of resources, guard against company risk and enhance enterprise value. Management accounting is an important tool for fine management and value creation, which involves enterprise strategy, organization and business. Financial and other aspects play an important role in promoting industrial transformation and upgrading.
