【摘要】：隨著軌道裝配制造企業(yè)競爭的日益激烈,對(duì)于物料成本的管理變得尤為重要。研究如何通過物料管理來提升企業(yè)的競爭力具有重要的理論和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。論文首先分析了物料管理的相關(guān)理論研究現(xiàn)狀及發(fā)展趨勢；其次介紹了物料管理的理論基礎(chǔ),并對(duì)ERP理論及其發(fā)展的全過程進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)地說明,同時(shí)也對(duì)SAP ERP系統(tǒng)軟件的模塊組成和各個(gè)模塊的功能做了簡要介紹。在對(duì)CK公司物料管理信息化詳細(xì)需求分析的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合SAP ERP系統(tǒng)的各個(gè)功能模塊,制定了詳細(xì)的管理流程和系統(tǒng)維護(hù)規(guī)范。通過制定物料管理在SAP ERP系統(tǒng)中的維護(hù)流程來最終保證系統(tǒng)順利的應(yīng)用。借助SAP ERP系統(tǒng)中物料管理模塊的實(shí)施,可以保證物料信息在企業(yè)的各個(gè)部門之間準(zhǔn)確地進(jìn)行傳遞,提高工作效率,進(jìn)而大大降低庫存量。最后本文提出了物料管理信息系統(tǒng)的實(shí)施,并且對(duì)CK公司物料管理信息化實(shí)施的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、效益進(jìn)行分析,總結(jié)出物料管理信息化實(shí)施的保障措施。本課題研究的目的是針對(duì)前期CK公司采用利瑪ERP系統(tǒng)(CAPMS)時(shí),發(fā)現(xiàn)各個(gè)部門信息是孤立的,部門內(nèi)部產(chǎn)生的所有數(shù)據(jù)僅能為系統(tǒng)內(nèi)部各子功能模塊所引用,不能實(shí)現(xiàn)信息的集成和共享。通過研究基于SAP ERP系統(tǒng)物料管理模塊的應(yīng)用,實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)物料管理的信息化管理與控制,實(shí)現(xiàn)信息的無縫集成。達(dá)到降低成本、減少人工、提升效率的效果,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)物料管理的提升。
[Abstract]:With the increasing competition of rail assembly manufacturing enterprises. The research on how to improve the competitiveness of enterprises through material management is of great theoretical and practical significance. Firstly, this paper analyzes the current situation and development of related theories of material management. Developing trends; Secondly, the theoretical basis of material management is introduced, and the ERP theory and the whole process of its development are explained in detail. At the same time, the module composition of SAP ERP system software and the function of each module are briefly introduced. On the basis of the detailed requirement analysis of the material management information of CK company. Combine each function module of SAP ERP system. The detailed management process and system maintenance specification are established. The maintenance flow of material management in SAP ERP system is established to ensure the smooth application of the system. With the help of SAP, the system is applied smoothly. The implementation of material management module in ERP system. It can ensure the accurate transmission of the material information between the various departments of the enterprise, improve the working efficiency, and then greatly reduce the inventory. Finally, this paper puts forward the implementation of the material management information system. And to CK company material management informationization implementation risk, the benefit carries on the analysis. Summary of the implementation of material management information security measures. The purpose of this study is to use Lima ERP system for CK company in the early stage, found that the information of each department is isolated. All the data generated within the department can only be referenced by each sub-function module of the system, and the information integration and sharing can not be realized. The application of the material management module based on SAP ERP system is studied. It can realize the information management and control of material management, realize the seamless integration of information, reduce the cost, reduce the manpower and enhance the efficiency, so as to realize the promotion of the enterprise material management.
