【摘要】：一項(xiàng)成功的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資,可以推動(dòng)籌資企業(yè)快速發(fā)展,同時(shí)為風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資公司帶來(lái)高額回報(bào)。但是,從風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資的實(shí)際效果來(lái)看,投資成功率極低,風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資的高風(fēng)險(xiǎn)性是投資成功率低的重要原因。本文正是基于此背景針對(duì)HY公司增資擴(kuò)股項(xiàng)目潛在的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行研究,希望本文的研究能夠?yàn)轱L(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資公司和籌資企業(yè)加強(qiáng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)意識(shí),提高投資成功率提供參考和借鑒。 本文首先研究了國(guó)內(nèi)外風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的研究現(xiàn)狀,提出本文的研究?jī)?nèi)容和HY公司增資擴(kuò)股風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的研究方法,對(duì)增資擴(kuò)股、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理、投資風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理等相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行概述,用圖示的方式展示出論文組織結(jié)構(gòu)。然后,分別介紹本項(xiàng)目的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)企業(yè)和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資企業(yè),從公司戰(zhàn)略、資金、股權(quán)結(jié)構(gòu)等方面分析本次HY公司增資擴(kuò)股項(xiàng)目的需求,使用PEST分析、SWOT分析法進(jìn)行本項(xiàng)目投資的可行性分析,提出本項(xiàng)目投資的亮點(diǎn),得出結(jié)論認(rèn)為HY公司增資擴(kuò)股項(xiàng)目投資可行。接著,選擇現(xiàn)場(chǎng)調(diào)查、專家評(píng)議和頭腦風(fēng)暴相結(jié)合的方式進(jìn)行HY公司增資擴(kuò)股項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行內(nèi)外部風(fēng)險(xiǎn)識(shí)別,對(duì)界定出的風(fēng)險(xiǎn),采用專家評(píng)議法和層次分析法相結(jié)合的方法進(jìn)行風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估,得出結(jié)論,認(rèn)為各類風(fēng)險(xiǎn)綜合排序從高到低的結(jié)果為財(cái)務(wù)、投資環(huán)境、組織、生產(chǎn)安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。最后,針對(duì)這些風(fēng)險(xiǎn),從投資風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的管理、預(yù)測(cè)和監(jiān)督三個(gè)方面提出HY公司增資擴(kuò)股風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的防控對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:A successful venture capital can promote the rapid development of financing enterprises and bring high returns for venture capital companies. However, from the actual effect of venture capital, the success rate of investment is very low. The high risk of venture capital is an important reason for the low success rate of investment. This paper is based on this background to study the potential risks of HY company's capital expansion project. It is hoped that the research in this paper can provide reference and reference for venture capital companies and financing enterprises to strengthen risk awareness and improve the success rate of investment. Firstly, this paper studies the current situation of venture capital and risk management at home and abroad, and puts forward the research content of this paper and the research method of increasing capital and expanding the risk of HY company. Investment risk management and other related theories are summarized, and the organization structure of the paper is shown in a graphic way. Then, the venture enterprises and venture capital enterprises of this project are introduced respectively, from the company strategy to the capital. The ownership structure and other aspects of the HY company capital expansion project needs, using PEST analysis SWOT analysis of the feasibility of the project investment analysis, proposed the bright spot of the project investment. The conclusion is that it is feasible for HY company to invest in the project. Then, select the combination of field investigation, expert review and brainstorming to identify the internal and external risks of HY company. To define the risk, the expert evaluation method and the AHP method are used to evaluate the risk, and the conclusion is drawn that the comprehensive ranking of all kinds of risks from high to low results for finance, investment environment, organization. Finally, in view of these risks, the paper puts forward the prevention and control countermeasures of HY company's risk of increasing capital and expanding stock from three aspects of investment risk management, prediction and supervision.
