【摘要】：隨著中國安防行業(yè)的蓬勃發(fā)展，以及國家政策對這一行業(yè)的大力支持，DH公司正處于一個快速而激烈的競爭狀態(tài)中。使用先進的管理理念、技術(shù)手段來提高企業(yè)的核心競爭能力，是DH公司立足于這個激烈的競爭環(huán)境，創(chuàng)建屬于自己藍海的一個有效策略。在企業(yè)的管理中，財務(wù)+管理是核心，因此DH公司的財務(wù)戰(zhàn)略率先引入了新的思路和方法，在公司的逐漸發(fā)展過程中，建立財務(wù)共享服務(wù)中心，來減少財務(wù)職能的運營成本，加強集團公司監(jiān)控力度，提高財務(wù)信息的透明度。 財務(wù)共享是當(dāng)代企業(yè)，特別是大型跨國、跨地區(qū)企業(yè)的一個發(fā)展方向，實現(xiàn)財務(wù)共享服務(wù)能充分的發(fā)揮杰出企業(yè)在財務(wù)管理方面的優(yōu)勢，具有很強的示范作用。目前，美國財富500強中86%的企業(yè)已經(jīng)或正在建設(shè)財務(wù)共享服務(wù)中心（FSSC），，通過財務(wù)共享服務(wù)來實現(xiàn)企業(yè)財務(wù)的一個轉(zhuǎn)型，具有非常重大的意義。本文在研究共享服務(wù)理論的基礎(chǔ)上，從DH公司的實際現(xiàn)狀出發(fā)，分析了財務(wù)共享服務(wù)中心建立和運行的過程，并就其現(xiàn)行模式存在的問題，提出完善思路。 本文分為六個部分:第一部分說明研究的背景、目的與意義，共享服務(wù)在國內(nèi)外的研究現(xiàn)狀，研究方法與內(nèi)容，以及研究創(chuàng)新。第二部分是理論研究，對共享服務(wù)的理論基礎(chǔ)，特征及適用性，財務(wù)共享的內(nèi)容和模式進行了闡述。第三部對DH公司財務(wù)共享服務(wù)中心的建立和運行進行了研究，介紹了DH公司財務(wù)共享服務(wù)中心的組織架構(gòu)，業(yè)務(wù)流程設(shè)計、信息系統(tǒng)建設(shè)、績效考核以及財務(wù)共享服務(wù)中心運行后的價值分析。第四部分是對DH公司財務(wù)共享服務(wù)中心現(xiàn)存問題的分析及改進提出思路。第五部分是結(jié)論和展望。
[Abstract]:With the vigorous development of the security industry in China, and the strong support of the national policy to this industry, the DH company is in a fast and fierce competition state, using advanced management concepts. Technical means to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises is DH company based on this fierce competition environment, to create their own blue sea of an effective strategy. In the management of enterprises, financial management is the core. Therefore, DH company's financial strategy introduced new ideas and methods, in the process of the company's gradual development, the establishment of financial sharing service center, to reduce the operating costs of financial functions. Strengthen the group company monitoring efforts to improve the transparency of financial information. Financial sharing is a development direction of contemporary enterprises, especially large transnational and cross-regional enterprises. Financial sharing services can give full play to the advantages of outstanding enterprises in financial management. Currently, 86% of the Fortune 500 companies have or are building the Financial sharing Service Center (FSSC). It is of great significance to realize a transformation of enterprise finance through financial sharing service. Based on the research of sharing service theory, this paper starts from the actual situation of DH company. This paper analyzes on the process of establishing and running financial sharing service center, and puts forward some perfect ideas on the problems existing in its current mode. This paper is divided into six parts: the first part explains the background, purpose and significance of the research, the research status of shared services at home and abroad, research methods and content, as well as research innovation. The second part is theoretical research. The theoretical basis, characteristics and applicability of shared services, the content and mode of financial sharing are expounded. The third part studies the establishment and operation of the financial sharing service center of DH company. This paper introduces the organization structure, business process design and information system construction of the financial sharing service center of DH Company. Performance evaluation and value analysis of financial sharing service center after operation. Part 4th is the analysis and improvement of the existing problems of DH financial sharing service center. Part 5th is the conclusion and prospect.
