【摘要】：在總結(jié)國內(nèi)外現(xiàn)有資產(chǎn)管理績效評價相關(guān)研究的基礎(chǔ)上,分析、挖掘中國行政事業(yè)單位資產(chǎn)結(jié)構(gòu)特點,提煉相應(yīng)的評價指標體系,利用關(guān)聯(lián)分析,對指標體系進行約簡,并選取北京市438家行政事業(yè)單位作為樣本集,對支持向量機模型進行訓練和檢驗,最終構(gòu)建有效評價模型。實驗結(jié)果表明,基于支持向量機的評價模型具有較高的判別精度和判別效率,對于參數(shù)選擇的靈敏程度較低,應(yīng)用價值高。
[Abstract]:The analysis in the foundation of summarizing the domestic and foreign existing asset management performance evaluation on the research, mining assets structure characteristics Chinese administrative units, refine the corresponding evaluation index system, using correlation analysis, the reduction of the index system, and selects 438 administrative units of Beijing city industry as sample set, the model of support vector machine for training and the test, finally construct the effective evaluation model. Experimental results show that the evaluation of support vector machine model has higher identification precision and efficiency for discrimination based on the degree of sensitivity of parameter selection is relatively low, with high value.
