【摘要】：在市場經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的今天，企業(yè)規(guī)�；�、集團(tuán)化的崛起，已經(jīng)成為全球經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化的重要特征之一。近年來，隨著世界經(jīng)濟(jì)浪潮的劇烈影響，更多的企業(yè)家以世界的眼光認(rèn)識到，，集團(tuán)化是企業(yè)發(fā)展的必然道路。企業(yè)集團(tuán)的發(fā)展歷程如何做到有效、可持續(xù)，如何在瞬息萬變的市場中立有不敗之地，企業(yè)發(fā)展的管理理念又是什么？本文將從資金管理的角度出發(fā)，通過加強(qiáng)資金的結(jié)算管理來整合發(fā)揮集團(tuán)的規(guī)模優(yōu)勢，加快企業(yè)集團(tuán)的發(fā)展。資金是企業(yè)集團(tuán)生存與發(fā)展的血液，在企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)、加工、采購、銷售的各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)中，資金無處不在，運(yùn)作流轉(zhuǎn)于企業(yè)生存發(fā)展的全過程。在企業(yè)集團(tuán)的財(cái)務(wù)管理中，資金的管理是一項(xiàng)重要內(nèi)容，資金的結(jié)算管理是企業(yè)集團(tuán)對加強(qiáng)資金集中的一個(gè)重要的手段和措施。本文闡述了JL集團(tuán)公司資金結(jié)算管理所采用的模式，以及對當(dāng)前結(jié)算管理的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析，提出了需要解決的問題及改進(jìn)的措施方案，目的在于通過管理來指導(dǎo)工作實(shí)踐，通過工作實(shí)踐來發(fā)揮管理效益，進(jìn)一步推動企業(yè)集團(tuán)的資金結(jié)算工作，發(fā)揮資金集中管理的優(yōu)勢。
[Abstract]:In the market economy today, the enterprise scale, the rise of the group, has become an important feature of the global economic integration. In recent years, with the strong influence of the tide of the world economy, more and more entrepreneurs to world vision, collectivization is the inevitable road of enterprise development. The development of the enterprise how to be effective. How to have an invincible position in sustainable development, the changing market neutral, and what is the development of the enterprise management philosophy? This paper will from the perspective of financial management, by strengthening the management of funds settlement to the group is to play the advantages of scale, speed up the development of the enterprise group. The money is enterprise survival and development of the blood, in the production, processing procurement funds, everywhere all aspects of sales, operation, circulation in the whole process of the survival and development of enterprises. In the financial management of enterprise group in the capital The management is an important part of the settlement, the fund management group is to strengthen an important means and measures of centralized funds. This paper describes the JL group company financial management mode adopted, and the current situation of the settlement management are analyzed, and puts forward some measures to solve the problems and improvement scheme. The purpose is to guide the practice through the management work, to play a benefit by management practice, to further promote the work of enterprise capital settlement, play the centralized management of funds advantage.
