【摘要】：近年來我國石油需求量不斷上升,國內(nèi)的石油供給量已嚴(yán)重不足,為了盡量降低對進(jìn)口原油的依賴程度,目前我國油田企業(yè)都在通過各種方法增加原油產(chǎn)量。但是大多數(shù)油田已經(jīng)進(jìn)入開采的中后期,開采難度越來越大,不得不投入各種高技術(shù)設(shè)備等資本密集型資產(chǎn)來維持原油產(chǎn)量,使得油田企業(yè)資產(chǎn)規(guī)模日益增大,有必要開展資產(chǎn)全生命周期決策模式的研究。文章首先介紹了全生命周期理論和決策管理理論,借鑒國內(nèi)外資產(chǎn)全生命周期管理的相關(guān)實踐得出對本文的啟示。其次通過分析目前油田企業(yè)在資產(chǎn)決策方面存在的問題,提出了進(jìn)行資產(chǎn)全生命周期決策模式的必要性。該模式的目標(biāo)是實現(xiàn)生命周期內(nèi)決策最優(yōu)化,包括資產(chǎn)生命周期的形成階段、使用階段和退出階段,每個階段有決策內(nèi)容、決策依據(jù)和決策方法和模型。并結(jié)合油田企業(yè)實際進(jìn)行模擬應(yīng)用分析,提出油田企業(yè)資產(chǎn)全生命周期決策模式的保障措施,最后得出本文的結(jié)論。資產(chǎn)全生命周期的決策模式研究有利于促進(jìn)資產(chǎn)在生命周期決策最優(yōu),成本最低,實現(xiàn)其最大價值,為油田企業(yè)降低噸油成本、提高經(jīng)濟(jì)效益提供了途徑,對油田企業(yè)的長遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展有重要意義。
[Abstract]:In recent years, China's oil demand has been rising, the domestic oil supply has been seriously inadequate, in order to reduce the degree of dependence on imported crude oil as far as possible. At present, Chinese oil field enterprises are increasing crude oil production through various methods. However, most oil fields have entered the middle and late stage of exploitation, and the exploitation is becoming more and more difficult. We have to invest a variety of high-tech equipment and other capital-intensive assets to maintain crude oil production, which makes the scale of the assets of oil field enterprises increasing day by day. It is necessary to carry out the research on the whole life cycle decision model of assets. Firstly, this paper introduces the whole life cycle theory and the decision management theory. Draw lessons from the domestic and foreign asset life cycle management practices to draw inspiration to this paper. Secondly, through the analysis of the current oilfield enterprises in asset decision-making problems. The purpose of the model is to realize the optimization of the decision-making in the life cycle, including the forming stage, the use stage and the exit stage of the asset life cycle. Each stage has decision-making content, decision basis, decision method and model. Combining with the actual situation of oil field enterprise, the simulation and application analysis is carried out, and the guarantee measures of the whole life cycle decision-making mode of oil field enterprise are put forward. Finally, the conclusion of this paper is drawn. The study of the decision-making mode of the whole life cycle of assets is conducive to promoting the optimal decision making of assets in the life cycle, the lowest cost, the realization of its maximum value, and the reduction of the cost of oil per ton for oil field enterprises. It provides a way to improve economic benefits and is of great significance to the long-term development of oil field enterprises.
