【摘要】：當(dāng)前,企業(yè)集團(tuán)的規(guī)模和分布地區(qū)隨著全球經(jīng)濟(jì)的一體化進(jìn)程向著更深層次發(fā)展,然而隨之而來的資金管控問題也更加嚴(yán)重。資金管理是財(cái)務(wù)管理的主要組成部分,而財(cái)務(wù)管理又是現(xiàn)代企業(yè)管理的核心。人們通常用血液或者神經(jīng)來比喻資金對企業(yè)發(fā)展的重要性,特別是對于規(guī)模較大的企業(yè)集團(tuán)來說,判斷是否具有較強(qiáng)的競爭力主要依據(jù)就是其是否能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)資金在規(guī)模上的競爭力以及資源的協(xié)同效用。作為企業(yè)集團(tuán)最關(guān)鍵的管理方式,實(shí)現(xiàn)資金的集中管理,并不斷推動資金管理向著更集中的方向發(fā)展是集團(tuán)企業(yè)的不二選擇。實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)資金的集中管理有利于促進(jìn)資金的合理使用,實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)資金預(yù)算和結(jié)算的規(guī)范化;其次資金的集中管理有助于確保企業(yè)資金在效益、安全以及周轉(zhuǎn)上的一致性,進(jìn)而降低企業(yè)籌措資金和使用資金的成本。作為一家大型的國有企業(yè),T醫(yī)藥集團(tuán)在資金集中管理方面面臨著更多的挑戰(zhàn),在實(shí)現(xiàn)資金優(yōu)化管理的同時,更要考慮對企業(yè)資金加大管理和控制強(qiáng)度的問題。本文研究過程中,運(yùn)用規(guī)范研究方法的同時,重視對案例的分析與探索。通過資金集中管理主要理論的指導(dǎo),在實(shí)際考察T醫(yī)藥集團(tuán)資金集中管理的現(xiàn)狀后,以國內(nèi)外企業(yè)在資金集中管理方面的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)為借鑒,指出當(dāng)前T醫(yī)藥集團(tuán)在此方面存在的問題。通過分析原因后,為優(yōu)化該集團(tuán)企業(yè)資金集中管理提出合理化建議。
[Abstract]:At present, the size and distribution of the regional enterprises, with the globalization of economy development to a deeper level, however, the problem of capital control is more serious. The fund management is the main part of financial management, and financial management is the core of modern enterprise management. It is generally to describe the importance of capital for the development of enterprises with blood or nerve, especially for the large scale enterprise group, whether with strong competitiveness is mainly based on whether they are able to achieve competitiveness in terms of scale and capital resources. As the key of enterprise group synergy management, centralized management of funds, and constantly promote capital management more focused in the direction of development is the group the enterprise's choice. The centralized management of the enterprise fund is conducive to promote the rational use of funds, real The standardized enterprise capital budget and settlement; secondly the centralized management of funds to ensure that enterprises in the capital efficiency, consistency and security of the enterprise and reduce the turnover, raise funds and the cost of the capital. As a large state-owned enterprises, T pharmaceutical group with more challenges in the aspects of centralized management of funds in the implementation, optimize the management of the funds at the same time, more should consider increasing the strength of the management and control of enterprise funds. The course of this study, the use of standardized methods at the same time, pay attention to the analysis and exploration of the case. Through the centralized management of funds the main theoretical guidance, in the actual investigation Funds Centralized Management after T Pharmaceutical Group and to the domestic and foreign enterprises in the fund centralized management experience for reference, this paper points out the existing problems in the T medicine group. Through the analysis of the causes, to optimize the Put forward rationalization proposals for the centralized management of funds in the group enterprises.
