綠色GDP核算是1993年聯(lián)合國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)事務(wù)部統(tǒng)計(jì)處在修訂《國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)核算體系》時(shí),根據(jù)社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)可持續(xù)發(fā)展理論提出的新的統(tǒng)計(jì)核算概念。目前我國(guó)對(duì)這一問(wèn)題尚處在理論探討階段。本文對(duì)綠色GDP的概念和核算方法以及自然資源向經(jīng)濟(jì)資產(chǎn)轉(zhuǎn)移的途徑進(jìn)行了探討。

Green GDP is introduced systematically in this paper. According to the state data of China 2000, the writer adjusts the GDP of every district in China and deduces its green GDP. Finally, an analysis about the situation of sustainable development in China is given.

傳統(tǒng)的國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)核算體系及其主要指標(biāo)GDP具有一定的局限性,無(wú)法反映包括人力資源、自然資產(chǎn)等在內(nèi)的真實(shí)國(guó)民財(cái)富。綠色GDP和真實(shí)儲(chǔ)蓄率則可以更真實(shí)地反映出一國(guó)的國(guó)民財(cái)富,并衡量國(guó)家和地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)可持續(xù)性。本文對(duì)綠色GDP做了系統(tǒng)闡述,并根據(jù)2000年中國(guó)統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù),對(duì)中國(guó)各地GDP進(jìn)行修正,推算出各地的綠色GDP。以此為依據(jù),本文最后對(duì)中國(guó)目前環(huán)境、經(jīng)濟(jì)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了深入分析。
