【摘要】：本文提出采用聚類分析克服環(huán)境庫茲涅茨曲線的"同質(zhì)"假設(shè),并根據(jù)城鄉(xiāng)混合基尼系數(shù)對(duì)人均GDP進(jìn)行調(diào)整,利用1991—2009年29個(gè)省市的面板數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)我國經(jīng)濟(jì)增長與環(huán)境污染之間的關(guān)系進(jìn)行了分析。結(jié)果表明:我國環(huán)境污染與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的關(guān)系形式具有多樣性,對(duì)同種污染物進(jìn)行全國層面的估計(jì)及對(duì)不同污染物采用相同的分組模式都會(huì)產(chǎn)生較大的誤差。另外,調(diào)整后的人均GDP與污染物的估計(jì)結(jié)果印證了收入差距過大會(huì)導(dǎo)致環(huán)境庫茲涅茨曲線拐點(diǎn)右移的假說。產(chǎn)出方程則表明了環(huán)境污染對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的抑制作用,并且單位環(huán)境污染的反作用要強(qiáng)于其他單位要素對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的促進(jìn)作用,同時(shí)同種要素投入對(duì)不同組別的經(jīng)濟(jì)促進(jìn)作用也不盡相同,最后提出了相應(yīng)的政策建議。
[Abstract]:In this paper, cluster analysis is used to overcome the "homogeneity" hypothesis of environmental Kuznets curve, and the per capita GDP is adjusted according to the mixed Gini coefficient between urban and rural areas. The relationship between economic growth and environmental pollution in China is analyzed by using the panel data of 29 provinces and cities from 1991 to 2009. The results show that the relationship between environmental pollution and economic growth in China is diverse, and there will be great errors in the estimation of the same pollutants at the national level and the same grouping model for different pollutants. In addition, the estimated per capita GDP and pollutants confirm the hypothesis that the income gap leads to the right shift of the inflection point of the environmental Kuznets curve. The output equation shows the inhibitory effect of environmental pollution on economic growth, and the reaction of unit environmental pollution is stronger than that of other unit elements. At the same time, the economic promotion effect of the same factor input on different groups is not the same. Finally, the corresponding policy suggestions are put forward.
