【摘要】：正近十余年來,創(chuàng)新一詞不絕于耳,從中央到地方,創(chuàng)新型國家、創(chuàng)新型城市、創(chuàng)新型政府、創(chuàng)新型企業(yè)等說詞眾多。但是,真正的創(chuàng)新成果及其推廣應用不盡人意。何以如此,最基本的一點,人們對創(chuàng)新的詮釋不一,對創(chuàng)新的認識有待進一步提高。早在一百多年前,創(chuàng)新理論的創(chuàng)始人熊彼得就指出:創(chuàng)新是經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的內在力量,就是將從未有過的生產(chǎn)要素和生產(chǎn)條件的新組合引入生產(chǎn)過程。
[Abstract]:In the past ten years, the word innovation has been constantly heard, from the central to the local, innovative countries, innovative cities, innovative governments, innovative enterprises and so on. However, the real innovation results and their promotion and application are not satisfactory. Why, the most basic point, people's interpretation of innovation is different, the understanding of innovation needs to be further improved. As early as more than a hundred years ago, Schumpeter, the founder of innovation theory, pointed out that innovation is the internal force of economic development, that is, the introduction of a new combination of factors of production and production conditions that has never existed before into the production process.
