【摘要】：劉詩白教授長期以來緊密結(jié)合中國社會(huì)主義所有制改造的實(shí)踐,在馬克思主義所有制理論的基礎(chǔ)上,運(yùn)用科學(xué)抽象的方法,系統(tǒng)地分析了有關(guān)產(chǎn)權(quán)概念、財(cái)產(chǎn)權(quán)功能、企業(yè)產(chǎn)權(quán)和社會(huì)主義國有企業(yè)產(chǎn)權(quán)制度等問題,對中國產(chǎn)權(quán)改革進(jìn)行了"頂層設(shè)計(jì)",提出了獨(dú)到的真知灼見,創(chuàng)立了經(jīng)過實(shí)踐檢驗(yàn)行之有效的產(chǎn)權(quán)理論.
[Abstract]:For a long time, Professor Liu Shibai closely combined with the practice of socialist ownership reform in China, on the basis of Marxist ownership theory, using scientific and abstract methods, systematically analyzed the concept of property rights and the function of property rights. On the problems of enterprise property right and socialist state-owned enterprise property right system, the top-level design of property right reform in China is carried out, the original insight is put forward, and the property right theory which has been tested and proved effective by practice is established.
