支持產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈協(xié)作的產(chǎn)品應(yīng)用服務(wù)建模與系統(tǒng)構(gòu)建研究

【摘要】: 產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈?zhǔn)?1世紀(jì)企業(yè)應(yīng)對市場競爭,獲得競爭優(yōu)勢的主要組織形式;贏SP的公共服務(wù)平臺建設(shè)已成為制造業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈發(fā)展的大趨勢。ASP模式下的產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈協(xié)作,需要克服原有信息技術(shù)對產(chǎn)品資源管理業(yè)務(wù)支持的局限性,在更高層次上和更寬范圍內(nèi)擴(kuò)展產(chǎn)品資源及相關(guān)業(yè)務(wù)。產(chǎn)品應(yīng)用服務(wù)系統(tǒng)采用基于公共服務(wù)平臺的產(chǎn)品應(yīng)用服務(wù)模式,為產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈上、下游供應(yīng)商、制造商、經(jīng)銷商、售后服務(wù)商之間的協(xié)同采購、協(xié)同銷售、協(xié)同售后服務(wù)業(yè)務(wù)提供產(chǎn)品資源信息服務(wù),對于消除產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈上協(xié)作企業(yè)之間鴻溝,形成產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈中中小企業(yè)群體的產(chǎn)品應(yīng)用服務(wù)協(xié)同環(huán)境,實(shí)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)品資源及其支持業(yè)務(wù)的產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈業(yè)務(wù)層擴(kuò)展具有重要意義。 產(chǎn)品應(yīng)用服務(wù)系統(tǒng)的構(gòu)建是ASP模式下產(chǎn)品資源信息服務(wù)實(shí)現(xiàn)的前提,其構(gòu)建過程需要一系列方法的支持。本文結(jié)合國家“863”高技術(shù)發(fā)展項(xiàng)目“基于國產(chǎn)三維設(shè)計平臺或核心的汽車及零部件產(chǎn)品應(yīng)用服務(wù)系統(tǒng)”(項(xiàng)目編號:2007AA040404),研究了支持產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈協(xié)作的產(chǎn)品應(yīng)用服務(wù)建模與系統(tǒng)構(gòu)建的相關(guān)理論、方法和關(guān)鍵技術(shù)。具體包括以下幾個方面: (1)針對ASP模式下產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈協(xié)作特點(diǎn)建立了業(yè)務(wù)驅(qū)動的產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈協(xié)作模型,提出了基于公共服務(wù)平臺的產(chǎn)品應(yīng)用服務(wù)模式,構(gòu)造了該模式下產(chǎn)品應(yīng)用服務(wù)系統(tǒng)的構(gòu)建模型,抽象出了產(chǎn)品應(yīng)用服務(wù)系統(tǒng)的構(gòu)建進(jìn)程,提出了產(chǎn)品應(yīng)用服務(wù)系統(tǒng)的推進(jìn)式構(gòu)建方法,研究了推進(jìn)式構(gòu)建方法的構(gòu)建機(jī)理、過程模型、進(jìn)化模型及實(shí)現(xiàn)過程。 (2)結(jié)合產(chǎn)品應(yīng)用服務(wù)業(yè)務(wù)與MDA框架,構(gòu)建了面向產(chǎn)品應(yīng)用服務(wù)的模型驅(qū)動架構(gòu)。該架構(gòu)包括可拓統(tǒng)一建模語言EUML元模型、產(chǎn)品應(yīng)用服務(wù)需求模型、產(chǎn)品資源全性能模型、產(chǎn)品應(yīng)用服務(wù)模型四個建模層次。各層模型之間通過細(xì)化求精、選擇變換和映射組合完成了從業(yè)務(wù)模型到實(shí)現(xiàn)模型的轉(zhuǎn)換,實(shí)現(xiàn)了從服務(wù)需求空間到產(chǎn)品應(yīng)用服務(wù)功能空間再到產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈價值空間的映射; (3)針對產(chǎn)品應(yīng)用服務(wù)構(gòu)件的全局組合優(yōu)化問題,提出了基于模糊物元分析和改進(jìn)微粒群(ERTPSO)算法的雙層組合優(yōu)化策略。首先將模糊物元分析理論作為算法的第一層,建立多構(gòu)件組合優(yōu)化問題的模糊物元形式化模型,并應(yīng)用模糊物元優(yōu)化方法將多目標(biāo)優(yōu)化問題轉(zhuǎn)化為單目標(biāo)優(yōu)化問題;然后通過對PSO算法參數(shù)的動態(tài)優(yōu)選,較好解決了PSO算法的早熟問題,并將改進(jìn)PSO算法作為第二層,依據(jù)組合目標(biāo)函數(shù)被優(yōu)化過程中的反饋信息,以較快的收斂速度搜索全局最優(yōu)組合方案; (4)針對產(chǎn)品應(yīng)用服務(wù)系統(tǒng)的多層次特點(diǎn),提出了面向全局需求適應(yīng)度的產(chǎn)品應(yīng)用服務(wù)構(gòu)件組合策略。在建立多構(gòu)件自適應(yīng)組合優(yōu)化過程框架的基礎(chǔ)上,給出了基于穩(wěn)定服務(wù)鏈的產(chǎn)品應(yīng)用服務(wù)構(gòu)件選擇方法,建立了以產(chǎn)品應(yīng)用服務(wù)系統(tǒng)整體性能、構(gòu)建成本及效率為目標(biāo)函數(shù)的多構(gòu)件組合優(yōu)化數(shù)學(xué)模型,并采用雙層組合優(yōu)化算法對其進(jìn)行多目標(biāo)折衷優(yōu)化,確定最優(yōu)組合方案。 (5)將研究成果應(yīng)用于某汽車集團(tuán)公司的汽車及零部件產(chǎn)品應(yīng)用服務(wù)系統(tǒng),驗(yàn)證了所提方法的有效性和實(shí)用性。
