【摘要】：為了更好地在科技界宣傳學習習近平總書記的科技創(chuàng)新思想,有必要把它們的核心內(nèi)容提煉出來。重要的提煉原則有五項:黨內(nèi)定論優(yōu)先原則;有繼承有創(chuàng)新原則;重大實踐基礎(chǔ)原則;統(tǒng)領(lǐng)科技全局原則;語言精煉易記原則。根據(jù)這五項原則提煉出來的習近平科技創(chuàng)新核心思想主要內(nèi)容也有五項:創(chuàng)新、協(xié)調(diào)、綠色、開放、共享;創(chuàng)新是引領(lǐng)發(fā)展的第一動力;堅定不移走中國特色自主創(chuàng)新道路;人才是創(chuàng)新的根基,創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動實質(zhì)上是人才驅(qū)動;為建設(shè)世界科技強國而奮斗。為了更有效地實施國家創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動戰(zhàn)略,需要在科技界更多地宣傳習近平科技創(chuàng)新核心思想。
[Abstract]:In order to better publicize and learn from General Secretary Xi Jinping's ideas on scientific and technological innovation in science and technology, it is necessary to extract their core content. There are five important refining principles: the principle of priority of inner-party conclusion; the principle of inheritance and innovation; the principle of major practical basis; the principle of dominating the overall situation of science and technology; and the principle of language refinement and memorization. According to these five principles, there are also five main contents of Xi Jinping's core thought of scientific and technological innovation: innovation, coordination, green, opening and sharing; innovation is the first driving force to lead development; unswervingly follow the road of independent innovation with Chinese characteristics; Talent is the foundation of innovation, innovation drive is essentially talent drive, and strive to build a powerful country in science and technology in the world. In order to implement the national innovation-driven strategy more effectively, it is necessary to publicize Xi Jinping's core ideas of scientific and technological innovation in the field of science and technology.
