【摘要】：中國農(nóng)村改革近40年來,農(nóng)業(yè)取得了巨大的發(fā)展,農(nóng)民收入也有了大幅度提高,但在工業(yè)化、市場化、城鎮(zhèn)化背景下新的"三農(nóng)"問題日益凸顯。貴州省安順市塘約村在2014年災(zāi)后走出一條組織起來、重新實現(xiàn)合作化的新路,破解了新"三農(nóng)"問題。塘約合作化實踐的啟示是:在農(nóng)村改革發(fā)展長期實行的確立農(nóng)民對集體經(jīng)濟的財產(chǎn)權(quán)利、調(diào)動農(nóng)戶積極性的基礎(chǔ)上,需要進一步加大引導(dǎo)農(nóng)民合作化的力度,實現(xiàn)鄧小平所說的"第二個飛躍"。在這一過程中,毛澤東關(guān)于農(nóng)業(yè)合作化的思想具有重要的指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:In the past 40 years of rural reform in China, agriculture has made great progress, and farmers' income has also been greatly improved. However, under the background of industrialization, marketization and urbanization, the new "three rural" problems have become increasingly prominent. After the disaster in 2014, Tangyao Village, Anshun City, Guizhou Province, came out of a new way to realize cooperative transformation and solved the new "three rural" problems. The enlightenment of the practice of the cooperative transformation of Tangyao is that on the basis of establishing the property rights of farmers to the collective economy and arousing the enthusiasm of farmers, it is necessary to further strengthen the efforts to guide the cooperative transformation of farmers, which has been carried out for a long time in rural reform and development. Realize what Deng Xiaoping called the "second leap." In this process, Mao Zedong's thought on agricultural cooperation has important guiding significance.
