市場(chǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)與出口貿(mào)易

【摘要】:市場(chǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)對(duì)出口貿(mào)易的影響,是近年來(lái)開放經(jīng)濟(jì)條件下產(chǎn)業(yè)組織理論和國(guó)際貿(mào)易理論所關(guān)注的重要問(wèn)題之一。一般認(rèn)為,國(guó)內(nèi)市場(chǎng)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)不僅影響企業(yè)在國(guó)內(nèi)市場(chǎng)上的銷售和盈利水平,而且它也會(huì)影響到企業(yè)在國(guó)外市場(chǎng)上的銷售激勵(lì)和銷售能力。因此,從國(guó)內(nèi)市場(chǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)的角度,研究它與出口貿(mào)易之間的聯(lián)系,是當(dāng)代產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)理論的傳統(tǒng)之一。中國(guó)學(xué)者一般習(xí)慣于從比較利益、競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)等方面研究市場(chǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)與出口貿(mào)易之間的關(guān)系,而產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)在這一方面卻有自己獨(dú)到的視角。作為一種研究的嘗試,本文以此為出發(fā)點(diǎn),試圖對(duì)市場(chǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)與出口貿(mào)易之間的作用機(jī)制進(jìn)行深入分析,并運(yùn)用中國(guó)的經(jīng)濟(jì)數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)此進(jìn)行檢驗(yàn),提出一些能夠改善我國(guó)市場(chǎng)結(jié)構(gòu),促進(jìn)出口貿(mào)易發(fā)展的政策建議。 本文的理論分析結(jié)論主要有以下幾個(gè)方面: 1、市場(chǎng)集中度與出口貿(mào)易負(fù)相關(guān)。在國(guó)內(nèi)為不完全競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的情況下,隨著企業(yè)個(gè)數(shù)和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)程度的增加,每個(gè)企業(yè)所面臨的需求減少,產(chǎn)品銷售價(jià)格下降,如果國(guó)外為競(jìng)爭(zhēng)性的市場(chǎng)結(jié)構(gòu),國(guó)內(nèi)企業(yè)出口的相對(duì)收益就會(huì)增加,它就會(huì)減少在國(guó)內(nèi)的銷售,增加出口;如果國(guó)外為壟斷性的市場(chǎng)結(jié)構(gòu),國(guó)內(nèi)外企業(yè)進(jìn)行寡頭壟斷博弈,雙方博弈的結(jié)果就是相互出口。因此,企業(yè)個(gè)數(shù)較多、競(jìng)爭(zhēng)程度較強(qiáng)的國(guó)家就會(huì)有較多的出口。 2、企業(yè)規(guī)模與出口貿(mào)易正相關(guān)。企業(yè)規(guī)?梢詮纳a(chǎn)成本和交易成本兩個(gè)方面對(duì)出口貿(mào)易產(chǎn)生影響。在一定的條件下,企業(yè)的規(guī)模越大,生產(chǎn)成本越低,競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力越強(qiáng),出口就越多。在交易成本方面,大企業(yè)在出口方面的交易成本要低于小企業(yè),小企業(yè)的這種劣勢(shì)會(huì)抵消它在出口方面的激勵(lì)。當(dāng)市場(chǎng)體系不斷完善、國(guó)內(nèi)交易成本逐漸降低時(shí),小企業(yè)的出口傾向會(huì)小于大企業(yè)。因此企業(yè)規(guī)模與出口呈現(xiàn)出正相關(guān)關(guān)系。 3、企業(yè)進(jìn)入(包括外來(lái)直接投資進(jìn)入)與出口貿(mào)易正相關(guān)。進(jìn)入壁壘的降低會(huì)直接降低新進(jìn)入企業(yè)的成本,從而使其更具有競(jìng)爭(zhēng)性,這同時(shí)就會(huì)減少原有
[Abstract]:The influence of market structure on export trade is one of the important issues concerned by the theory of industrial organization and the theory of international trade under the condition of open economy in recent years. It is generally believed that the competition in the domestic market not only affects the level of sales and profits of enterprises in the domestic market, but also affects the sales incentive and sales ability of enterprises in the foreign market. Therefore, from the perspective of domestic market structure, it is one of the traditions of contemporary industrial economy theory to study the relationship between it and export trade. Chinese scholars are used to studying the relationship between market structure and export trade from the aspects of comparative interests and competitive advantages, but industrial economics has its own unique perspective in this respect. Taking this as a starting point, this paper tries to analyze the mechanism between market structure and export trade, and use the economic data of China to test it, and put forward some suggestions that can improve the market structure of our country. Policy recommendations to promote the development of export trade. The main conclusions of this paper are as follows: 1. Market concentration is negatively related to export trade. In the case of incomplete competition at home, with the increase of the number of enterprises and the degree of competition, the demand faced by each enterprise will decrease, and the price of product sales will decrease. If the foreign market structure is competitive, The relative income of domestic enterprise exports will increase, it will reduce the domestic sales, increase exports; If the foreign market structure is monopolistic, domestic and foreign enterprises carry on oligopoly game, the result of both sides game is mutual export. Therefore, the number of enterprises, more competitive countries will have more exports. 2, the size of the enterprise and export trade is positively related. Enterprise size can affect export trade from two aspects: production cost and transaction cost. Under certain conditions, the larger the scale of the enterprise, the lower the production cost and the stronger the competitiveness, the more the export will be. In terms of transaction costs, the export transaction costs of large firms are lower than those of small ones, and this disadvantage of small firms offsets its export incentives. When the market system is constantly improved and the domestic transaction costs are gradually reduced, the export tendency of small enterprises will be smaller than that of large ones. Therefore, there is a positive correlation between the scale of enterprises and exports. 3, the entry of enterprises (including foreign direct investment) is positively related to export trade. Lower barriers to entry will directly reduce the cost of new entrants, making them more competitive, and at the same time reduce existing ones.
