【摘要】：建設(shè)中國特色社會(huì)主義沒有現(xiàn)成的政治經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)教科書,新理論只能在實(shí)踐中產(chǎn)生。改革開放以來,我國推行的基于實(shí)踐基礎(chǔ)上的"摸著石頭過河"和頂層設(shè)計(jì)的改革方法,是我國改革開放取得偉大成就的重要法寶。西方國家有關(guān)我國經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的種種悲觀預(yù)測在改革開放實(shí)踐面前相繼破產(chǎn),被稱為"現(xiàn)代經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)"的西方主流經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)既不符合中國實(shí)踐,也不能指導(dǎo)我國社會(huì)主義經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)。因此,實(shí)踐認(rèn)識(shí)論是除歷史唯物論和唯物辯證法外,中國特色社會(huì)主義政治經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)的又一重要方法,是根本方法。
[Abstract]:There are no ready-made textbooks on political economics to build socialism with Chinese characteristics, and new theories can only be produced in practice. Since the reform and opening up to the outside world, the reform method of "crossing the river by touching the stone" and top-level design based on practice has been an important magic weapon for the great achievements of China's reform and opening-up. All kinds of pessimistic predictions about China's economic development in western countries went bankrupt one after another in the face of the practice of reform and opening up. The western mainstream economics, which is called "modern economics", is neither in line with Chinese practice nor can it guide the socialist economic construction in China. Therefore, practical epistemology is an important and fundamental method of socialist political economics with Chinese characteristics, in addition to historical materialism and materialist dialectics.
