【摘要】：中國需要建立以人民為中心的中國特色社會主義政治經(jīng)濟學。以人民為中心發(fā)展的社會主義經(jīng)濟發(fā)展規(guī)律就是中國特色社會主義的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展規(guī)律,它應(yīng)當是中國特色社會主義政治經(jīng)濟學理論體系的主線和核心內(nèi)容。中國特色社會主義政治經(jīng)濟學要以中國特色社會主義生產(chǎn)關(guān)系為研究對象,建立以人民為中心的中國特色社會主義生產(chǎn)關(guān)系,即在社會主義初級階段、有資本參與、利用市場機制、以人民為中心發(fā)展的情況下,建立一種新型的生產(chǎn)關(guān)系,妥善處理人民的利益與資本收益最大化之間的矛盾。在此基礎(chǔ)上,還要正確理解和把握中國特色社會主義與市場經(jīng)濟的關(guān)系;促進中國特色社會主義生產(chǎn)力發(fā)展與以人民為中心的社會生產(chǎn)關(guān)系的緊密結(jié)合,解決好中國特色社會主義基本制度與市場經(jīng)濟的結(jié)合問題。
[Abstract]:China needs to build a socialist political economy with Chinese characteristics centered on the people. The law of socialist economic development centered on the people is the law of economic development of socialism with Chinese characteristics, which should be the main line and core content of the theoretical system of political economy of socialism with Chinese characteristics. The political economy of socialism with Chinese characteristics should take the relations of production of socialism with Chinese characteristics as the research object, and establish the relations of production with Chinese characteristics centered on the people, that is, in the primary stage of socialism, there should be capital participation. Using the market mechanism and taking the people as the center of development, a new type of production relations should be established, and the contradiction between the interests of the people and the maximization of capital gains should be properly handled. On this basis, we should correctly understand and grasp the relationship between socialism with Chinese characteristics and market economy. To promote the close integration of the development of socialist productive forces with Chinese characteristics and the relations of social production centered by the people, and to solve the problem of combining the basic system of socialism with Chinese characteristics with the market economy.
