【摘要】：近些年來(lái),有關(guān)項(xiàng)目管理的研究發(fā)展得很快,然而在文獻(xiàn)查閱過(guò)程中沒(méi)有發(fā)現(xiàn)有關(guān)項(xiàng)目生命周期的專(zhuān)門(mén)研究。不但沒(méi)有建立項(xiàng)目生命周期模式等有關(guān)的基本概念,相關(guān)的著作也只有對(duì)“S型”生命周期模式的項(xiàng)目進(jìn)展情況進(jìn)行過(guò)簡(jiǎn)單的闡述。 項(xiàng)目生命周期模式的研究在實(shí)際項(xiàng)目管理工作中具有十分重要的意義,在把握項(xiàng)目總體進(jìn)展情況、判斷項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、應(yīng)用贏得值分析方法、優(yōu)選項(xiàng)目方案以及編制項(xiàng)目融資計(jì)劃等方面都可以發(fā)揮出重要的作用。 鑒于此,本文運(yùn)用理論分析與規(guī)范研究等方法,提出了項(xiàng)目生命周期模式的概念,對(duì)項(xiàng)目生命周期的有關(guān)內(nèi)容進(jìn)行了初步的探討——界定了項(xiàng)目生命周期模式等基本概念,提出并描述了項(xiàng)目的生命周期模式,建立了確定項(xiàng)目生命周期模式的模型。項(xiàng)目生命周期模式有四種基本類(lèi)型——“S型”、“J型”、“反S型”、“反J型”,本文提出的甄別實(shí)際項(xiàng)目生命周期模式的模型,在現(xiàn)實(shí)工作中具有十分重要的作用。最后,本文通過(guò)實(shí)際案例應(yīng)用了確定項(xiàng)目生命周期模式的模型,并對(duì)結(jié)論進(jìn)行了分析,證實(shí)了本研究成果的正確性及其對(duì)實(shí)際項(xiàng)目管理工作的指導(dǎo)作用。 項(xiàng)目生命周期模式的研究,豐富了項(xiàng)目管理學(xué)科的知識(shí),完善了 WP=4 項(xiàng)目管理專(zhuān)業(yè)的內(nèi)容。本文提出的新的管理工具和思維方式,為從事項(xiàng)目管理工作的人員提供了參考,因此本文的研究具有一定的理論與實(shí)踐意義。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the research on project management has developed rapidly, but no special research on project life cycle has been found in the process of literature review. Not only has the basic concept of project life cycle model not been established, but also the related works have simply expounded the project progress of "S-type" life cycle model. The research of project life cycle mode is of great significance in the actual project management. In grasping the overall progress of the project, judging the project risk, applying the method of winning value analysis, Selection of project programs and preparation of project financing plans can play an important role. In view of this, this paper puts forward the concept of project life cycle pattern by means of theoretical analysis and normative research, and makes a preliminary discussion on the relevant contents of project life cycle, and defines the basic concepts such as project life cycle model, etc. The life cycle model of the project is proposed and described, and the model of determining the life cycle pattern of the project is established. There are four basic types of project life cycle pattern: "S type", "J type", "anti-S type" and "anti-J type". The model proposed in this paper to identify the actual project life cycle pattern plays a very important role in practical work. Finally, this paper applies the model to determine the project life cycle model through practical cases, and analyzes the conclusion, which confirms the correctness of the research results and its guiding role in the actual project management. The research of project life cycle model enriches the knowledge of project management and improves the content of WP=4 project management. The new management tools and mode of thinking proposed in this paper provide a reference for the personnel engaged in project management, so the research of this paper has certain theoretical and practical significance.
