【摘要】： 商品經(jīng)濟的階段性，社會主義商品經(jīng)濟的內(nèi)生性和歷史必然 性，決定了社會主義市場經(jīng)濟是商品經(jīng)濟的特殊形式。社會主義市 場經(jīng)濟既有市場經(jīng)濟的一般屬性，，又體現(xiàn)了自己的制度特點，即公 有原則、民主與法制及經(jīng)濟的計劃性。在創(chuàng)建中國社會主義市場經(jīng) 濟體制過程中，要發(fā)掘和借鑒發(fā)達國家市場經(jīng)濟體制中社會主義可 利用的因素，立足中國具體國情，解決中國特有矛盾，塑造中國社會 主義市場經(jīng)濟的主體，并在改革中探索中國社會主義市場經(jīng)濟體制 具體的實現(xiàn)形式，其中包括：完善社會主義民主與法制，充分發(fā)揮社 會主義國家的主導(dǎo)作用，健全市場運行機制，在對外開放中與世界 市場接軌。
[Abstract]:The stage of commodity economy and the inherent and historical necessity of socialist commodity economy determine that socialist market economy is a special form of commodity economy. Socialist market economy not only has the general attribute of market economy, but also embodies its own system characteristics, that is, public principle, democracy and legal system, and economic planning. In the process of establishing the economic and economic system of China's socialist market, it is necessary to explore and learn from the factors that can be used by socialism in the market economy system of developed countries, so as to base itself on the specific conditions of China. To solve the unique contradictions in China, to shape the main body of China's socialistic market economy, and to explore the specific forms of realization of China's socialist market economic system in the course of reform. These include: perfecting socialist democracy and legal system, giving full play to the leading role of socialistic countries, perfecting the market operation mechanism, and connecting with the world market in opening to the outside world.
