【摘要】：隨著不同國家之間的商品和勞務(wù)交換活動(dòng)愈加頻繁,即國際貿(mào)易活動(dòng)的增多,對(duì)環(huán)境的影響也是越來越嚴(yán)重。在這個(gè)環(huán)境保護(hù)日益受到重視的年代,對(duì)國際貿(mào)易自由化的原則提出了質(zhì)疑。因此,近年來許多國家加強(qiáng)實(shí)行對(duì)環(huán)境的管制,使環(huán)境成本內(nèi)部化的進(jìn)程得到了促進(jìn)。
[Abstract]:With the more frequent exchange of goods and services among different countries, that is, the increase of international trade, the impact on the environment is becoming more and more serious. In this era of environmental protection, the principle of international trade liberalization has been questioned. Therefore, in recent years, many countries strengthen the implementation of environmental regulation, so that the process of internalization of environmental costs has been promoted.
