技術(shù)科學(xué)發(fā)展與產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)變遷的相關(guān)性研究

【摘要】:當(dāng)代社會(huì)的劇烈變革很大程度上可以歸因于科學(xué)技術(shù)的進(jìn)步。技術(shù)科學(xué)作為基礎(chǔ)科學(xué)與工程技術(shù)之間相對獨(dú)立的學(xué)科層次,是科學(xué)轉(zhuǎn)化為現(xiàn)實(shí)生產(chǎn)力的橋梁,是聯(lián)系基礎(chǔ)研究和應(yīng)用開發(fā)的紐帶,是當(dāng)代工程技術(shù)教育的主要學(xué)科基礎(chǔ)。本文作為劉啟華教授主持的國家社會(huì)科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目“技術(shù)科學(xué)的范疇界定、歷史分期與發(fā)展模式研究”的子課題,采用比較研究、歷史考察、統(tǒng)計(jì)計(jì)量、科學(xué)抽象等方法,對技術(shù)科學(xué)發(fā)展與產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)變遷之間的相關(guān)性進(jìn)行了研究,努力揭示二者之間的內(nèi)在因果聯(lián)系。這對預(yù)測科技和產(chǎn)業(yè)的未來發(fā)展趨勢,制定和調(diào)整科技發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略、產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略以及改革高等工程教育都有著重要的意義。 首先,本文把課題組通過研究獲得的技術(shù)科學(xué)總體發(fā)展的時(shí)間序列特征曲線,和梅茲的經(jīng)濟(jì)長波曲線進(jìn)行比較,發(fā)現(xiàn)二者存在周期一致、峰值嵌套的現(xiàn)象,初步從現(xiàn)象上判定了技術(shù)科學(xué)與產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的相關(guān)性。 其次,按照學(xué)科的產(chǎn)生年代,根據(jù)梅茲經(jīng)濟(jì)長波曲線確定的五個(gè)時(shí)間段,,將統(tǒng)計(jì)范圍內(nèi)的技術(shù)科學(xué)學(xué)科分成五組,即每個(gè)時(shí)段一組:再依據(jù)學(xué)科的應(yīng)用定向,對每個(gè)經(jīng)濟(jì)長波時(shí)段內(nèi)產(chǎn)生的技術(shù)科學(xué)學(xué)科進(jìn)行產(chǎn)業(yè)歸類;將上述學(xué)科分類的結(jié)果與歷次長波期間的主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)群進(jìn)行比較;對比較所得的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析后,發(fā)現(xiàn)技術(shù)科學(xué)新學(xué)科與所處長波時(shí)段的主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)群之間存在極大的相關(guān)性,進(jìn)一步從統(tǒng)計(jì)上驗(yàn)證了二者之間的相關(guān)性。 再次,通過科學(xué)、技術(shù)、產(chǎn)業(yè)互動(dòng)發(fā)展的詳細(xì)歷史考察和綜合分析,尋找各個(gè)長波時(shí)段內(nèi)技術(shù)科學(xué)學(xué)科產(chǎn)生的產(chǎn)業(yè)背景,從本質(zhì)上說明二者相關(guān)性的客觀依據(jù)。 最后獲得這樣的結(jié)論:近代產(chǎn)業(yè)革命以來以主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)群更替為特征的各個(gè)歷史時(shí)期的產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)變遷和對應(yīng)歷史時(shí)期內(nèi)技術(shù)科學(xué)的發(fā)展有著直接的因果聯(lián)系。 在上述研究工作的基礎(chǔ)上,本文還對20世紀(jì)末到21世紀(jì)中葉技術(shù)科學(xué)發(fā)展和產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)演進(jìn)的趨勢做了粗略的展望。
[Abstract]:The drastic changes in contemporary society can be attributed largely to the progress of science and technology. As a relatively independent discipline level between basic science and engineering technology, technological science is the bridge between science and practical productivity, the link between basic research and application development, and the main subject foundation of contemporary engineering technology education. As a sub-topic of the National Social Science Foundation project "the definition of the category of technical science, the study of historical staging and development model", which is sponsored by Professor Liu Qihua, this paper adopts the methods of comparative study, historical investigation, statistical metrology, scientific abstraction, etc. This paper studies the correlation between the development of technology science and the change of industrial structure, and tries to reveal the internal causal relationship between them. It is of great significance to predict the future development trend of science and technology and industry, to formulate and adjust the development strategy of science and technology, to develop industry strategy and to reform higher engineering education. First of all, this paper compares the time series characteristic curve of the overall development of technology science obtained by the research group with the economic long wave curve of Mez, and finds that the two have the same period and peak value nesting phenomenon. The correlation between technological science and industrial structure is preliminarily determined from the phenomenon. Secondly, according to the generation time of the subject, according to the five time periods determined by the Mez economic long wave curve, the technical science subject in the statistical scope is divided into five groups, that is, one group in each time period: then according to the application direction of the subject, Industrial classification of the technology and science disciplines produced during each economic long wave period; The results of the classification of the above disciplines are compared with the leading industrial clusters during the previous long wave periods; After the statistical analysis of the data obtained from the comparison, it is found that there is a great correlation between the new subject of technology science and the leading industrial group in the long wave period, which further verifies the correlation between them statistically. Thirdly, through the detailed historical investigation and comprehensive analysis of the interactive development of science, technology and industry, we find out the industrial background of the subject of technology science in each long wave period, and explain the objective basis of the correlation between the two in essence. Finally, the conclusion is drawn that the changes of industrial structure in each historical period characterized by the turnover of leading industrial clusters since the modern industrial revolution have a direct causal relationship with the development of technological science in the corresponding historical period. On the basis of the above research work, this paper also makes a rough prospect on the trend of technological science development and industrial structure evolution from the end of the 20th century to the middle of the 21st century.
