【摘要】：我國自改革開放以來取得了舉世矚目的經(jīng)濟成就,沒有遵循西方各類經(jīng)濟學(xué)說開出的"藥方",而是走出了一條不同于其他國家的獨特發(fā)展道路,充分顯示了中國特色社會主義制度的優(yōu)越性。"實踐是理論之源",獨特的成功經(jīng)濟實踐完全可以提煉、升華為中國特色社會主義政治經(jīng)濟學(xué)的創(chuàng)新理論。中國特色社會主義政治經(jīng)濟學(xué)是在馬克思主義指導(dǎo)下,通過提煉和總結(jié)中國經(jīng)濟實踐經(jīng)驗,加以一般化和規(guī)律化的理論體系。它必將為馬克思主義政治經(jīng)濟學(xué)貢獻(xiàn)理論智慧,為其他發(fā)展中國家提供借鑒,為當(dāng)下我國應(yīng)對新常態(tài)的挑戰(zhàn)提供理論指導(dǎo)。為建立中國特色社會主義政治經(jīng)濟學(xué)理論體系,至少應(yīng)提煉和總結(jié)六大經(jīng)濟實踐經(jīng)驗:一是正確處理發(fā)展生產(chǎn)力與共同富裕之間的關(guān)系;二是正確處理人民的工具價值與人民的目的價值之間的關(guān)系;三是正確處理改革、發(fā)展與穩(wěn)定之間的關(guān)系;四是正確處理政府與市場之間的關(guān)系;五是正確處理中央政府與地方政府之間的關(guān)系;六是正確處理獨立自主與對外開放之間的關(guān)系。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, China has made remarkable economic achievements. Instead of following the "prescription" prescribed by various economic theories in the West, China has taken a unique road of development that is different from that of other countries. It fully demonstrates the superiority of the socialist system with Chinese characteristics. " Practice is the source of theory. The unique successful economic practice can be refined and sublimated into the innovative theory of political economy with Chinese characteristics. Under the guidance of Marxism, the political economy with Chinese characteristics is a theoretical system which is generalized and regularized by refining and summing up the experience of China's economic practice. It will certainly contribute theoretical wisdom to Marxist political economy, provide reference for other developing countries, and provide theoretical guidance for China to deal with the challenges of the new normal. In order to establish a theoretical system of political economy with Chinese characteristics, at least six economic practical experiences should be refined and summarized: first, correctly handling the relationship between the development of productive forces and common prosperity; The second is to correctly deal with the relationship between the people's instrumental value and the people's objective value, the third is to correctly handle the relationship between reform, development and stability, and the fourth is to correctly handle the relationship between the government and the market. The fifth is to correctly handle the relationship between the central government and the local government, and the sixth is to correctly handle the relationship between independence and opening to the outside world.
