【摘要】：2013~2016年連續(xù)4年的中央一號文件均聚焦"農業(yè)現(xiàn)代化"。增加農業(yè)投入與擴大農業(yè)規(guī)模是建設現(xiàn)代化農業(yè)、強化農業(yè)基礎的迫切需要。資金積累是擴大農業(yè)生產(chǎn)規(guī)模的重要源泉。但在特定條件下,沒有資金積累也能擴大農業(yè)生產(chǎn)規(guī)模。這是因為勞動積累也是實現(xiàn)農業(yè)擴大再生產(chǎn)的重要條件。馬克思在《資本論》中從各個側面,剖析農業(yè)擴大再生產(chǎn)與積累之間的多維關系,值得深入研究,并應用于實踐。
[Abstract]:The first document of the Central Committee for four consecutive years from 2013 to 2016 focused on agricultural modernization. Increasing agricultural input and expanding agricultural scale are the urgent needs of building modern agriculture and strengthening agricultural foundation. Capital accumulation is an important source of expanding the scale of agricultural production. However, under certain conditions, no accumulation of funds can also expand the scale of agricultural production. This is because the accumulation of labor is also an important condition for the expansion of agricultural reproduction. Marx's analysis of the multidimensional relationship between agricultural reproduction and accumulation from various aspects in Capital is worthy of further study and application in practice.
