【摘要】：孫嘉淦是清前期杰出的官員,富有膽識,行事篤實,受到皇帝的重用和百姓的愛戴。他提出了關(guān)于稅制、糧制以及市場方面的經(jīng)濟理論,為清代經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展做出了巨大貢獻(xiàn)。當(dāng)代中國實施的經(jīng)濟政策充分借鑒了孫嘉淦的思想主張,特別是當(dāng)代市場經(jīng)濟理論即源于孫嘉淦的市場決定論。從孫嘉淦的思想中,可以看出封建經(jīng)濟的特點,他關(guān)注民生、重視百姓利益、從現(xiàn)實出發(fā)制定政策的理念都為當(dāng)代中國經(jīng)濟政策的制定提供了參考。
[Abstract]:Sun Jiagan was an outstanding official in early Qing Dynasty. He put forward the economic theory about tax system, grain system and market, which made great contribution to the economic development of Qing Dynasty. The economic policy implemented in contemporary China draws full lessons from Sun Jiagan's ideas, especially the contemporary market economy theory, which originates from Sun Jiagan's market determinism. From the thought of Sun Jiagan, we can see the characteristics of feudal economy. His idea of paying attention to the people's livelihood, paying attention to the interests of the people and making policies from the reality all provide references for the formulation of economic policies in contemporary China.
