【摘要】：處于社會主義初級階段、以人民為中心、需要利用資本來參與和必須做好社會主義基本制度與市場機制的結合,是中國現(xiàn)階段社會主義經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的特點。社會主義初級階段發(fā)展經(jīng)濟應以社會主義初級階段的生產關系為基礎,其中需要允許非社會主義因素如資本、商品經(jīng)濟的市場機制共同參與發(fā)展經(jīng)濟。資本標配的生產關系是資本主義的生產關系,因而社會主義初級階段生產關系與資本作用的發(fā)揮存在矛盾。社會主義初級階段要利用資本來發(fā)展經(jīng)濟,首先得優(yōu)化社會生產關系來防止被資本利用從而走向資本主義,盡量把損害降到最低;其次是講清社會主義市場經(jīng)濟的學理,厘清生產資料產權與生活資料產權的區(qū)別,明確生產資料占有者的社會責任。中國特色社會主義政治經(jīng)濟學理論要從社會主義初級階段發(fā)展經(jīng)濟的需要出發(fā)來建構理論體系,用以指導發(fā)展一種旨在使社會主義因素越來越多,非社會主義因素越來越少的混合雙導型經(jīng)濟。
[Abstract]:In the primary stage of socialism, people are the center, it is necessary to use capital to participate and to combine the basic socialist system with the market mechanism, which is the characteristic of China's socialist economic development at the present stage. The development of economy in the primary stage of socialism should be based on the relations of production in the primary stage of socialism, in which non-socialist factors such as capital and the market mechanism of commodity economy should be allowed to participate in the development of economy. The relations of production of capital standard distribution are capitalist relations of production, so there are contradictions between the relations of production in the primary stage of socialism and the exertion of the function of capital. In order to develop the economy with capital in the primary stage of socialism, we must, first of all, optimize the social relations of production to prevent them from being used by capital and move towards capitalism and minimize the damage as far as possible; secondly, we must clarify the academic principles of the socialist market economy. Clarify the difference between the property right of means of production and the property right of means of living, and clarify the social responsibility of the occupant of means of production. The theory of political economy of socialism with Chinese characteristics should proceed from the need of developing economy in the primary stage of socialism to construct a theoretical system to guide the development of a new kind of political economy aimed at increasing the number of socialist factors. Non-socialist factors are less and less mixed double-conductor economy.
