【摘要】：堅持實證與規(guī)范相結(jié)合的研究范式,本文以知識轉(zhuǎn)移為切入點,研究了知識轉(zhuǎn)移對宏觀經(jīng)濟的影響,以此提出相關(guān)建議和意見。影響中國宏觀經(jīng)濟的影響因素有許多,比如:勞動力、資本、現(xiàn)行制度安排、技術(shù)進步、對外開放等等。在工業(yè)經(jīng)濟時代以前,對宏觀經(jīng)濟影響最大的因素就是土地資源和勞動力資源;到了工業(yè)經(jīng)濟時代,能夠促進經(jīng)濟增長的最大因素就是物質(zhì)資源或者是物質(zhì)資本(機器,設(shè)備等)、勞動力以及自然資源。到如今的知識經(jīng)濟時代,資本開始更細分為知識資本和物質(zhì)資本,相比物質(zhì)資本而言,知識資本對于經(jīng)濟增長顯得愈加重要,當然無論知識資本細分為人力資本、關(guān)系資本、組織資本,知識資本的形成與累積都貫穿于知識轉(zhuǎn)移的全過程。將知識資本納入到經(jīng)濟增長模型當中,能夠能好的解釋目前知識經(jīng)濟時代不同國家和地區(qū)的現(xiàn)實經(jīng)濟狀態(tài)。首先提出了知識轉(zhuǎn)移對中國宏觀經(jīng)濟影響的理論分析。并且為對知識轉(zhuǎn)移對中國宏觀經(jīng)濟影響進行實證分析,將貫穿于知識轉(zhuǎn)移全過程的知識資本和組織資本分別進行了論述和分析,能更好的去實證中國宏觀經(jīng)濟的影響情況。我在基于現(xiàn)實宏觀經(jīng)濟數(shù)據(jù)的情況下以及知識轉(zhuǎn)移理論分析的基礎(chǔ)對刺激我國宏觀經(jīng)濟增長因素以及知識資本和組織資本具體能夠解釋我國宏觀經(jīng)濟變量的多少給出一個明確的結(jié)論。實證部分包括了以下幾個內(nèi)容:從知識轉(zhuǎn)移的角度,一、知識資本、組織資本對中國宏觀經(jīng)濟增長的實證分析。二、知識資本、組織資本對就業(yè)的實證分析。三、知識資本、組織資本對產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的實證分析。
[Abstract]:Adhering to the paradigm of combining empirical and normative research, this paper studies the impact of knowledge transfer on the macro economy and puts forward some suggestions and suggestions based on the knowledge transfer as a starting point. There are many factors that influence China's macro economy, such as labor force, capital, current system arrangement, technological progress, opening to the outside world and so on. Before the industrial economic age, land and labor resources had the greatest impact on the macro-economy. In the industrial economic era, the biggest factors that could promote economic growth were material resources or physical capital (machinery). Equipment, etc.), labor and natural resources. In the era of knowledge economy, capital begins to be subdivided into knowledge capital and material capital. Compared with physical capital, knowledge capital is more important to economic growth, regardless of whether knowledge capital is subdivided into human capital and relational capital. The formation and accumulation of organizational capital and intellectual capital run through the whole process of knowledge transfer. The introduction of knowledge capital into the economic growth model can explain the current economic situation of different countries and regions in the era of knowledge economy. Firstly, the theoretical analysis of the impact of knowledge transfer on China's macro economy is put forward. In order to analyze the impact of knowledge transfer on China's macro-economy, the paper discusses and analyzes the knowledge capital and organizational capital which run through the whole process of knowledge transfer, which can better demonstrate the impact of China's macro-economy. On the basis of the real macroeconomic data and the theoretical analysis of knowledge transfer, I can explain how many macroeconomic variables can be explained by stimulating the factors of macroeconomic growth, knowledge capital and organizational capital in China. Give a clear conclusion. The empirical part includes the following parts: from the perspective of knowledge transfer, first, the empirical analysis of China's macroeconomic growth from the perspective of knowledge capital and organizational capital. Second, the empirical analysis of knowledge capital and organizational capital to employment. Third, the empirical analysis of knowledge capital and organizational capital on industrial structure.
