【摘要】：在馬克思的擴(kuò)大再生產(chǎn)模型中,兩大部類的增長率從第二期開始趨于相同,但它們的積累率卻始終不同。如果在馬克思的模型中引入利潤平均化的條件,并像馬克思那樣假定平均利潤率、資本有機(jī)構(gòu)成和第一部類的積累率保持不變,第二部類的積累率根據(jù)第一部類的積累率進(jìn)行調(diào)整,以保證兩大部類之間的供求平衡,則從第二期開始,不僅兩大部類的增長率會趨同,而且它們的積累率也將趨同。這意味著,為了實現(xiàn)任意給定的整個經(jīng)濟(jì)增長率目標(biāo),政府只需要讓第一部類的積累率等于由該增長率目標(biāo)確定的整個經(jīng)濟(jì)最優(yōu)積累率并保持不變,而讓第二部類的積累率隨市場要求自動調(diào)整即可。
[Abstract]:In Marx's extended reproduction model, the growth rates of the two major categories tend to be the same from the second phase, but their accumulation rates are always different. If the condition of average profit is introduced into Marx's model, and the average profit rate, the organic composition of capital and the accumulation rate of the first category remain unchanged, as Marx did, The accumulation rate of the second category is adjusted according to the accumulation rate of the first category in order to ensure the balance of supply and demand between the two major categories. From the second stage, not only the growth rate of the two major categories will converge, but their accumulation rate will also converge. This means that in order to achieve any given growth rate target for the entire economy, the government only needs to keep the accumulation rate in the first category equal to the optimal rate of accumulation for the entire economy as determined by the growth rate target. And let the accumulation rate of the second category with the market requirements can be automatically adjusted.
