【摘要】：當(dāng)前我們進(jìn)行的是供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革,而不是新自由主義供給學(xué)派的供給側(cè)改革,我們的改革是要調(diào)結(jié)構(gòu)的,用創(chuàng)新的產(chǎn)品去應(yīng)對國際經(jīng)濟(jì)大潮的沖擊,如果指望有關(guān)部門采取減稅降費(fèi)的新自由主義政策而不是調(diào)結(jié)構(gòu)和創(chuàng)新,將只會浪費(fèi)政策的努力,陷入經(jīng)濟(jì)困局而不拔。以哈耶克為首的新自由主義更加強(qiáng)調(diào)對工人階級進(jìn)行剝削與奴役的自由,并為新帝國主義對國家主權(quán)的削弱和對其他國家經(jīng)濟(jì)資源的自由掠奪和控制提供理論根據(jù),從而成為了新帝國主義的政策主張和霸權(quán)工具。另外,哈耶克在《通向奴役的道路》一書中所攻擊的社會主義,只不過是德國和奧地利曾經(jīng)流行的納粹的國家社會主義和第二國際那些修正主義者的社會主義,從而也只是形形色色的資本主義,而與馬克思主義的科學(xué)社會主義無關(guān)。
[Abstract]:At present, we are carrying out supply-side structural reform rather than the supply-side reform of the neoliberal supply-side school. Our reform is to adjust the structure and use innovative products to cope with the impact of the international economic tide. Relying on neoliberal policies that cut taxes and fees instead of restructuring and innovation would only waste policy efforts and lead to economic difficulties. Neoliberalism, led by Hayek, placed greater emphasis on the freedom to exploit and enslave the working class, and provided a theoretical basis for the weakening of national sovereignty by neo-imperialism and the free plundering and control of the economic resources of other countries. As a result, it became the policy proposition and hegemonic tool of neo-imperialism. In addition, the socialism that Hayek attacked in the Road to Slavery was nothing more than the national socialism of the Nazis and the revisionist socialism of the second International, which was popular in Germany and Austria. Thus it is only capitalism of all kinds, and has nothing to do with the scientific socialism of Marxism.
