【摘要】：勞動(dòng)方式是勞動(dòng)過程中主體、中介、客體之間的結(jié)合方式,其發(fā)展的層次和水平受到了技術(shù)條件和社會(huì)條件的制約和影響。同時(shí),勞動(dòng)方式的變革會(huì)影響人們的生活方式和思維方式。在當(dāng)代,隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)的迅猛發(fā)展,勞動(dòng)方式發(fā)生了前所未有的變化,對(duì)社會(huì)發(fā)展產(chǎn)生了深遠(yuǎn)影響。研究馬克思勞動(dòng)方式思想具有重要的理論意義和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文以馬克思勞動(dòng)方式思想為線索,探索馬克思勞動(dòng)方式思想的形成,通過對(duì)馬克思勞動(dòng)方式思想形成的時(shí)代背景和理論過程探究,引出馬克思馬克思勞動(dòng)方式思想產(chǎn)生的必然性。首先,概述了馬克思勞動(dòng)方式思想的形成與內(nèi)容。首先從馬克思勞動(dòng)方式思想的形成背景和歷史生成層面,梳理馬克思勞動(dòng)方式思想的歷史生成。從一般思想、資本主義勞動(dòng)方式思想和社會(huì)主義社會(huì)勞動(dòng)方式思想三方面,論述馬克思勞動(dòng)方式思想的主要內(nèi)容。其次,剖析了馬克思勞動(dòng)方式思想的當(dāng)代發(fā)展。首先分析了在電氣化條件下、自動(dòng)化條件下、信息化條件下、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+條件下,不同的技術(shù)水平對(duì)馬克思勞動(dòng)方式思想的不同影響,概括了不同條件下馬克思勞動(dòng)方式思想的發(fā)展。馬克思勞動(dòng)方式思想是一個(gè)開放性的思想,在新的技術(shù)水平和社會(huì)條件下,帶給國外學(xué)者和國內(nèi)學(xué)者很多新思考。最后,闡述了馬克思勞動(dòng)方式思想的當(dāng)代價(jià)值。馬克思勞動(dòng)方式思想具有重要的理論價(jià)值和實(shí)踐價(jià)值。從理論價(jià)值方面看,馬克思勞動(dòng)方式思想是當(dāng)代中國勞動(dòng)方式思想發(fā)展的理論基礎(chǔ),與相關(guān)勞動(dòng)方式思想相比更具理論優(yōu)勢(shì);從實(shí)踐價(jià)值方面看,馬克思勞動(dòng)方式思想在我國現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)過程中,有利于勞動(dòng)者主體地位的科學(xué)定位,有利于勞動(dòng)組織方式的合理升級(jí),有利于勞動(dòng)效率的進(jìn)一步提高。馬克思勞動(dòng)方式思想是政治經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)史上發(fā)展的必然產(chǎn)物,對(duì)人類社會(huì)的發(fā)展和進(jìn)步起著至關(guān)重要的作用。其中唯物論、辯證法和實(shí)踐思維范式對(duì)勞動(dòng)方式思想的研究起到至關(guān)重要的作用。同時(shí)社會(huì)在發(fā)展,時(shí)代在進(jìn)步,馬克思勞動(dòng)方式思想的內(nèi)容也需要進(jìn)一步豐富和完善,這是社會(huì)進(jìn)步的需要,也是人類發(fā)展的需要。
[Abstract]:The mode of labor is the combination of the main body, the intermediary and the object in the labor process. The level and level of its development are restricted and influenced by the technical conditions and social conditions. At the same time, the change of the labor mode will affect the people's way of life and the way of thinking. In the present time, with the rapid development of science and technology, the labor mode has taken place. The unprecedented change has a profound influence on the development of society. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the thought of Marx's labor mode. This article explores the formation of the thought of Marx's labor mode by taking the thought of Marx's labor mode as a clue, and explores the background and theoretical process of the formation of Marx's thought of labor mode. This paper leads to the inevitability of Marx Marx's thought of labor mode. First, it outlines the formation and content of Marx's thought of labor mode. Under the new technical level and social conditions, many new thoughts are brought to foreign scholars and domestic scholars. Finally, the contemporary value of Marx's thought of labor mode is expounded. From the aspect of practical value, the thought of Marx's labor mode is in the process of China's modernization. It is beneficial to the scientific orientation of the position of the laborers, which is beneficial to the rational upgrading of the labor organization and the further improvement of the labor efficiency. The thought of Marx's labor mode is the inevitable product of the development of the history of political economics and plays an important role in the development and progress of the human society. The thinking paradigm plays a vital role in the study of the thought of the labor mode. At the same time, the society is developing, the time is progressing, and the content of Marx's thought of labor mode needs to be further enriched and perfected, which is the need of social progress and the need of human development.
